I don’t think you guys have seen my assessment. I find it difficult in court.” (Yep trying that one on again that is despite all her public appearances in front of "Crowds" Thought she said she wasn’t bothered about court because she's been there so many times it doesn’t effect her ?).

Katie has revealed in the hearing that she is struggling to get legal representation. “I’ve tried to get legal advice but I’ve been charged £50,000 upfront,” Katie told the judge.
“Obviously I pay 40% of what I earn during bankruptcy and they want me to pay tax and VAT - it doesn’t leave me with money to pay £50,000 upfront for legal representation. I’m finding it difficult. I can’t get legal aid as I earn - I don’t know what to do.”

* It secured another adjournment basically and it’s a good job it was because she knew EXACTLY what she is doing when she said “I don’t have legal advice” Any case can then be thrown out when she claims she didn’t understjad. Today was a warning shot across her throat - play ball or its custodial.

Katie must attend a further hearing in relation to her bankruptcies later this month with "no ifs or buts", a judge has said.
The former glamour model appeared remotely at a hearing at the Rolls Building today, hours after being detained at Heathrow Airport on her return to the UK. Wearing a beige outfit and a black head covering, the 46-year-old was accompanied by another woman throughout the hearing who she described as an "appropriate adult".
Deputy Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Daniel Schaffer ordered Katie to give an "undertakin" to the court that she would attend a further hearing to face questions over her finances on August 27 at 10.30am.
He said: "You have to attend that date, no ifs or buts, no going abroad, no holidays." Katie confirmed that she understood that she must attend and later added: "I will move my diary for it." Judge Schaffer also discharged the arrest warrant issued against her on July 30 by a different judge after she failed to attend a previous hearing.
(Schaffer was the Boris Becker judge so he's used to crooks) Sadly this Judge over-ruled Judge Burton who said she would be held until the date of the next BH. Nevertheless all his job was at this hearing was to extract undertakings from her & had she failed to give them then she would have been remanded until the next hearing. Because of that his hands were tied by the Law itself, however he did give her one of her famous "swipes" when he openly mocked her telling the old hag "It doesn't take Einstein" after she moaned about the cost of her court battle.

1. To attend court in the 27th August; and
2. To provide information when it’s requested.
Failure to do either of 1 or 2 and she’s in contempt of court so seeing as she gave those undertakings, the judge had no option but to cancel the warrant unfortunately.
Now of course with this in mind she'll see a deluge of requests for information from the Trustee over the next couple of weeks which should keep her busy. More fool her if she doesn’t comply with them

"Here's something I never thought I would say: I feel sorry for Katie Price. The former glamour model was arrested at Heathrow airport last week as she returned to the UK from Turkey, having just undergone her sixth facelift.
Something about her beaten-up, heavily bandaged face, the plumped-up lips and bird-like frame with its two uncomfortable-looking, balloon-like breasts just seemed so utterly tragic, so sad. She was, as she always does, putting on a brave front. But she's clearly a broken soul. I realise this may not be a popular opinion. Many people, if they care at all about her, take the view that her downfall – her two bankruptcies, the first in 2019 and again this March (this arrest comes after she failed to attend a hearing relating to her £760,000 HMRC debt) are her own fault, the result of disorganisation, greed, moral degeneracy and general profligacy.Her chaotic love affairs, her five children by three fathers, her multiple driving offences, her grubby home life… she is, many will say, the architect of her own misery and deserves everything she gets.
I don't agree. Sure, she's made mistakes, and sure, she's flaunted the rules and tried to play the system. Granted, she is vulgar and generally crass. But underneath it all is someone who deserves our sympathy, not our opprobrium. She needs help, not punishment. Anyone with half a heart can see she is not well. As someone who remembers her when she burst on to the scene in the late 1990s, as her alter ego Jordan, I think she's always been… well, a bit extra.
Her lack of physical or personal boundaries always stood out. There was a sense that nothing was off limits, providing the price was right. And for a long time it was. She made millions flogging her body, her books, her personal life. She laid herself bare at every opportunity, monetised every inch of herself. And yet no one – certainly not Price herself – ever stopped to think: why? To me it's clear, a story as old as life itself. A Hogarthian tale of desperation and corruption, a working-class girl, abandoned by her father, abused by men, with limited life choices, looking for fame, fortune and a better future in all the wrong places.
If it is true, as she claims, that she was raped in a park aged seven, it doesn't take a genius to see how that would have destroyed her self-esteem. Abused children always feel worthless, while at the same time desperate for validation. They crave love, but don't know how to hold on to it.
Price's need to find validation and meaning through her multiple marriages and children exemplifies this. She destroyed what was probably her best chance at long-term stability and happiness, with the singer and TV personality Peter Andre, also the father of her two children, Princess and Junior.
Andre was everything she craved and probably needed: stable, a responsible father, a savvy businessman – but ultimately, she left him for a bad boy, cage fighter Alex Reid, which ended in bitterness and tears. As did her subsequent marriage, to stripper Kieran Hayler, the father of her two youngest children. In all these relationships, Price was clearly seeking something real, something long-lasting, a fairytale fantasy of romance and everlasting love. But when you are as damaged as she is, it's hard to resist that demon on the shoulder.
Her stated desire to have more children is part of that. Children represent a second chance, a clean slate – in her eyes, at least. Of course, any sane person looking at her situation would see that the last thing she needs is another mouth to feed. But for her, having a child represents another roll of the dice. It's selfish and stupid – but that's how damaged she is.

As for the addiction to plastic surgery, that is clearly a very costly and extremely dangerous form of self-harm. She seeks refuge in these surgeries. They are very obviously a way of her running away from herself and her mistakes, once again her attempt to make a fresh start by altering the way she looks.
So yes, she's a car crash of a woman, her own worst enemy, the architect of her own downfall. But still, I feel sorry for her. Because after all, the only person she's really hurting is herself. For all the sass and the attitude, she is a sad, lonely and ultimately tragic figure whose only real source of income – her appearance – is slipping away from her.
But she does have one success story: her eldest son Harvey, who is disabled. The way she has cared for him and stood up for him in the face of vile online trolls is testament to her strength of character. I hope for his sake that the courts take that into consideration when deciding her fate. And I hope she gets the help she needs and that one day she will learn to love herself for who she is and not what she thinks people want her to be".

"After being arrested at Heathrow Airport following her ongoing bankruptcy battle, Katie Price has become a national talking point in all the wrong ways.
She is said to owe more than £750,000 in unpaid tax and was arrested after failing to attend a court hearing. In March, the former glamour model was declared bankrupt, and in May she was removed from her home by bailiffs after failing to repay mortgage payments. Her home, dubbed 'Mucky Mansion' by the tabloids, has since sold for £1.5m, despite being left with 'piles of rubbish' and 'abandoned cars', according to LBC.
Following her arrest last week, Katie attended a court hearing in London on 9 August with bandages around her face after supposedly undergoing a sixth face lift in Turkey. Appearing before a judge at the Royal Court of Justice, she agreed to attend a public examination into her finances and hand over all documents concerning her earnings.
It's a concerning situation and one that involves a vulnerable woman in the public eye who has five children – three of whom are under the age of 18. However, for many, it's yet another opportunity to dehumanise and ridicule her online.
Instead of recognising that Katie is clearly in a state of crisis – her finances are in total disorder, she has been warned not to leave the country and told that she will face arrest again if she doesn't attend the next court hearing – it's astounding to see how many people instead choose to treat her with contempt. Endless tabloid articles about the TV personality are circulating online, which have prompted comments calling her 'a literal toilet', 'a f*cking munter' and 'a woman with the morals of an alley cat'.
Regardless of how or why she got herself into this legal situation, she, like any human, deserves to be treated with common decency. The level of vitriol and repulsion reserved for Katie specifically over the years is simply a reflection of the way society treats women who have found themselves in the public eye – particularly those from working class backgrounds, and those who have children.
With every taunting headline, or joke made on late night television, we seem to stray further from the fact that Katie could be dealing with complex mental health problems, not to mention under an extreme amount of stress.
Over the years we have seen Katie struggle with three high profile divorces, countless legal cases, including a custody battle with her third husband Kieran Hayler, and a two-year driving ban and 16-week jail sentence for drink driving. Things have certainly deteriorated in recent years. She has been declared bankrupt twice, first in 2019 and again in March this year, has repeatedly dodged court hearings, and throughout these worrying legal and financial issues has undergone several cosmetic procedures.
Katie's plea for compassion on Instagram, which she posted before Friday's hearing, has since been deleted. She wrote, 'I am aware that I am about to be detained at the airport which is obviously what the courts feel is necessary.
I do hope of course for my sons sake [Harvey Price, who has Prader-Willi syndrome, septo-optic dysplasia and learning difficulties] who is with me that they will allow some dignity and protection for at least his sake as this will be extremely disturbing for him to see [sic]. Whilst I understand the importance and severity of the matter I do feel like I am being treated like a criminal.'
The former The X Factor duo Jedward, whose real names are John and Edward Grimes, even posted a photo of themselves with Katie on social media and wrote: 'Everyone please be kind to Katie Price. It's a delicate situation and she deserves support and love. Please be sensitive, she's a human and mum with a massive heart and deserves respect. Sending strength to her kids and family.'
Katie Price, or Jordan as she was once known, has lived through decades of being the nation's punching bag, and has mostly taken it in good faith -she can laugh at herself when necessary. But she is clearly in need of compassion right now. It's a story we know can end badly for, particularly, women in the public eye, and yet here we are reading it again and again.
Regardless of what people think of Katie Price, she does not deserve this. Online trolling does not solve anything, justify anything or improve anyone's lives, it only puts her safety and recovery at risk.
