I don't see bail as a bad thing, she will have conditions that must be adhered too, and if she doesn't, she will be arrested, she will have to turn up either way today, even if remotely.

She's probably had her passport taken off her as that's part of the bail conditions. So thankfully she can't fly anywhere.

Has she ever taken Harvey on one of these surgery holidays before? I can't help but think she deliberately dragged him along on the hopes of either dodging the arrest in his name, or being able to use the distress it caused him to garner sympathy.....

Either way, I hope she gets a large helping for prison time. It's LONG overdue.
