Family court is private! The papers will never say that she doesn't live with them as that would invite speculation as to why it's saying they don't live with her and goes against privacy laws and court rulings.

There is the mortgage and other bank borrowing (eg the arrears) and costs associated with the property (clean up, survey for the contaminated land, estate agents and legal fees) that will be first. Then there is another charge, from a solicitors firm (unpaid legal fees?). Hopefully she will end up with nothing or still owing either the bank, the lawyers or both.
