I’d love to see what his mum has put on his claim forms, he is entitled to nothing from PIP, nor is his mum on his behalf.
He needs no help getting around, he navigates well and walks with no pain, he needs no help with personal care (wiping, showering) nor does he lack awareness about the way he looks ie knows when he needs a hair cut, shave, dresses for the right weather. Needs no physical help with dressing, does not need assistance during the night, communicates well and confidently….can order food, cook and feed himself without danger, has no trouble socialising and building relationships.
He is hiding behind a label that has been incorrectly given to him, he is not autistic, No one with autism wants to go round kissing strangers, Be comfortable in loud busy pubs/clubs, drinks anything eats anything, socialises and seems that much attention….adhd maybe but aren’t we all on some level, he has zero routine and absolutely no sensory issues that I have seen
just todays stories it would be enough evidence to investigate his PIP claim and cross reference footage with his claim form.
