Ladies this might sound strange but I’m really proud of you all who have worked together to get the pathway of refunds, spoken to press, supported each other in the name of what’s right.

If anything, take that and be proud of yourselves. I know it’s been hugely stressful, think we’ve all felt it. I’m going to duck out for a bit as I just find myself becoming more irate and stressed out by it.

I think you ladies are epic, and hope you all are able to take time out away from it, as you deserve to.

And out of all of this, I hope she comes to her senses, apologises (for the sake of her children and her conscience) and realises the women she hurt, upset and made feel stupid, are in fact amazing women who took a stand for what was right, even when it was scary.

Much love to you all, you badass mofos. X

Sarah Sarah Sarah, where do we start with this....?

Let's jump in a little time capsule back to 2007/2008. The dance music industry was going through seismic change as digital formats came to the fore and vinyl single sales (the dance industry's staple) fell off a cliff. Coupled with illegal downloading, all of a sudden, the money had dried up for labels and they urgently needed to monetise.

At the same time, club culture was pivoting from weekly/monthly nights to festivals - and this combined with low (zero) cost of releasing huge volumes of music from new artists presented the opportunity to claw back the lost record sales money.

Every week saw a new specialist download store open - including mixmag's own. Mixmag itself was owned at the time by Development Hell, who were part of The Guardian.

Low cost of production (by this point you didn't need a studio to be a producer, it was easy to do it all on a laptop, so Sarah's "I made the track in the bedroom" is far from exceptional - it was standard) meant that labels no longer had to carry risk in releasing music - no pressing vinyl, label artwork etc. Advances became a thing of the past, and festival organisers cottoned on to the idea of record labels and magazines like mixmag hosting arenas.

The labels therefore signed anyone and everyone, knowing a couple would make it (bear in mind the labels were typically offshoots of big labels like Sony, Polydor etc etc but kept "indy" for credibility) but the rest would be the unpaid support acts in these festival arenas to fill a lineup. Sarah Akwisombe even refers to a festival gig of 4 drunk Scottish men. Case in point. She was a filler act. Some in the industry cruelly called it "the sausage factory" - shit meat went in, a couple of bangers came out.

Why the mixmag cover? It was STANDARD that if a record label (in this instance XL Recordings / Locked On) took out a load of ads, they'd be rewarded with a cover slot for the artists in question - which in turn grew interest in the acts to drive MP3 sales in the magazine's own download store.....

Sarah / Goldielocks was just there at this moment in time, when strange deals were being done as an industry tried to adapt to a new digital world. She never got further, she wasn't on the cover out of editorial interest, she was a backfill artist from the label to bulk out the cover shot and have another girl there with Little Boots, as part of a standard commercial deal.

Sorry - a long post with a lot of incidental but important info there!

In short - she was on the cover because it was paid for. Not talent or anything else.

Sarah Akwisombe is absolutely not a fraud. Legit endorsements coming in thick and fast now as some of the world's greatest brains in business and politics rally round this pioneering feminist icon:

Notice how she's putting so much effort into her appearance again and showing her full body workouts... it's as if she knows someone is watching.

All I want to know is will these Uno cards help me manifest refunds ? Will they really help me strengthen my intuition enough to know when my partner is cheating on me?

Not sure if LD is genuinely sorry but at least it's better the devil you know than the unapologetic girl boss selling Pokemon cards like everything is fine.

Sarah now asking tips about dark circles - anything for engagement. Sarah, you know what helps with dark circles? Going to bed knowing you’ve done the right thing. Refund your customers. Try it

Sarah really did share some ground-breaking and inspiring stuff in that post.. after months of mistaking her for a Guru she's finally revealed she's an EXPLORER.
She is Christopher Columbus, Jesus and Dora the explorer all in one. A trinity the business world didn't know they needed and Jason had no idea he was even married to.

Not only is Sarah a pillar of the Croydon badgyal community (attending court and working in JD when she was younger), she has now become the sacrifice women in business have been longing for. No morals or apology for conning people but that's because this is a journey for Sarah. We must understand that her admitting she's privillaged or selfish is enough and she is truly on a pilgrimage so all refunds have gone to aid her spiritual (tarot but not tarot) and philanthropic work.

A true freedom fighter for all narcissist who want to dress in women's empowerment clothing - Sarah Akwisombe you are an icon.

Ladies, please can we get to the important issue here. Who is going to write the screenplay and who is going to pitch this to a TV network? Its too damn good to just sit on the Internet. Although I do fear the channel controllers would be pushing us to comedy channels as they wouldn't believe it was factual 😂😂😂😆

You honestly couldn't make it up. Every day a new twist....

Feminist design blogger becomes unqualified business consultant/educator sharing low entry point "business basics" courses to female entrepreneurs. All goes well. Meets criminal MLM scam artist, ups prices, hooks in a million pounds worth of business. Sleeps with criminal conman and it all goes to shit. Says she's the victim and it was all good content so no refunds, but then says it wasn't good but deletes that, yeah but no but yeah it was good and what I meant was that I wasn't good, and you still can't have your money back. Then sets up a tarot card but not tarot card selling business that is separate to her but is fronted by her. Criminal conman reappears and plays the good guy, but conwoman clearly still wants him. Loads of Media coverage and high quality investigative journalism reveals more. Then conwoman makes a post saying all the investigative journalists are liars and it's a witch hunt. Then cuckolded husband smokes a shitload of weed and makes a video saying the women asking for refunds and calling out his wife are bad feminists and should leave her alone.

It’s annoying that people always talk about “women supporting women” as if we are so insignificant, weak and minor that all of us have to support each other, even if they’re a dick. No. Judge people on their merit and integrity, don’t give them a free pass just because we share a gender.

For a start women ARE using their voices! Can’t you hear them? They’re asking for their money back. Or are you just choosing to listen to the ones which follow your narrative?

Secondly, Jason please stop reinforcing the idea that men are team players (and therefore women are not.) What evidence do you have of this apart from your preconceived idea that “us women” on here are lone wolves?

Thirdly, it is NOT a woman’s duty to stand by another woman. Nor a man. Nor ANYONE or ANYTHING if she does not wish to. How dare you suggest that.

Tell me this Jason, imagine your 8 year old comes home and tells you she’d given her supposedly best friend her birthday money on the idea she would be getting something for it. When she asks for it back, the friend silences her, and when she actually speaks out, the “friend” gaslights her and tells her she got what she paid for and that’s her money now. As a loving parent, how would you suggest your daughter deal with that?

Fuck off with your shitty gaslighting. Fair play... there are women that pick on other women unnecessarily (take the Stacey Solomon Tattle thread for example) BUT... Stacey Solomon winds people up because she posts about ‘Norm’ and breaks social distancing sometimes. Pretty tame right? THIS case involves potential criminal activity and women who are financially and emotionally-affected by terrible business practices. This is not some playground incident where some girl called another girl fat and everyone is calling each other a bitch. This is serious shit, with articles all over the internet about it. Wake up and get in the real world.

Which article was it you sent PayPal pls? And what did you say as I got my PayPal request denied thanks

What’s FOS?
FOS = Financial Ombudsman Service. If you disagree with PayPal
Do you mean escalate the PayPal case to FOS or NBBS direct? As that’s what they’ve done and admitted to. Refunded some and then reassessed and refused to do any more!
If PayPal rejects your claim you can complain to PayPal first (outside the resolution centre) by emailing them. If you do, the subject of your email must be “COMPLAINT / EXPRESSION OF DISSATISFACTION AS DEFINED BY THE FINANCIAL CONDUCT AUTHORITY IN THE UK”

here’s the link to filing a complaint

Your complaint should be

I opened a case for transaction X
I believe I was the victim of fraud/manipulation etc
I requested the seller to refund me and they refused
I opened the case with you as the product/service paid for was not as described and/or did not materialise
You closed the case in favour of the seller
I have evidence that other PayPal account holders who bought the same service from this seller have been refunded.
I formally complain about your refusal to uphold my request for refund in case (enter number) against vendor (name) even though you granted refund requests for the same product of the same vendor to other PayPal members. This is not treating your customer fairly.
I offer as evidence of wrongdoing of this vendor the following news articles (insert links)

I request as resolution that I am fully refunded for this product as per my original request in case (enter case number from resolution centre). Absent a full refund, I will await for your FINAL RESPONSE in light with your internal complaints procedure prior to escalating to the Financial Ombudsman Service. I will present my evidence to the FOS and request the FOS to investigate: 1) how many refund Requests You received for vendor (name) in the period between 20.09.2020 to date, how many refund requests were upheld for a product/service similar to the one I paid for using PayPal and for which I requested to be refunded, and a clear rationale for my refund request being rejected. I will also be requesting the FOS to award me compensation for loss of time in dealing with this complaint, compensation for financial loss incurred by the unjustified refusal to refund me and for the stress caused to me for having to Deal with this matter for longer than required.
I therefore would prefer to settle the matter with you with a full refund as initially requested for my case (number).

I look forward to receiving your response within the timeframe stipulated by FOS guidance for dealing with customer complaints.

Jason, your wife cheated on you while telling her/YOUR daughter she was spending the night away to save womankind.

Don’t give us lessons on feminism

Please let’s not armchair diagnose her. As a psychologist once told me, EVERYBODY could show traits of a various diagnosis, but that doesn’t mean they have the illness at all. And suggesting she is ill risks creating an excuse for her shitty treatment of other people.

There is no excuse.

I was diagnosed as bipolar about 14 years ago. Having a diagnosis like that means people let you off certain things or put your behaviour down to it. It’s like a catch all for explanations of behaviour. But neither myself nor any of my fellow patients did anything bad to anyone.

Anyway, I’m waffling now but you see what im trying to say hopefully.
