Hi all. I am a newbie to this thread. Been reading here for quite a while. I just want to say how absolutely amazing you all are on here. There are some absolute legends on here. There are some very witty, clever, and funny people. I am forever laughing at the sense of humour here. Different backgrounds, from all walks of life, varying ages - just wonderful!. I love the humour, kindness and comraderie you share with each other.
There are some people that spoilt that, which is a shame. I think it's best not to respond to comments you don't agree with or dislike. Just ignore them and move along. It makes the whole thread experience unpleasant for the majority.
The only word I can use to describe KP is VILE. I cannot cope or deal with reading about this despicable person. She makes my blood boil. I am so wanting to see justice served on her. She does not deserve to walk around scott free and carry on with her lifestyle as if she is untouchable.
I am praying that she gets what she deserves.
Anyway. That's my first comment on here.

Am I right in thinking that the court has now elevated the level of seriousness? It can't have been easy to get another court date so quickly with the backlogs in the system? So pushing up the priority level means this must have escalated in seriousness?

It’s certainly not unheard of to get another court date there with just a weeks notice, I know of an occasion it was done recently

I think anyone having to face a judge would suffer from anxiety and depression. Look at the innocent people that in the Post Office trials. Five fucking years this tramp has been playing the courts. From appearing via Video link from the Maldives to last minute cries of MH, or I can't do this because there people logged in.
She should have been arrested today, end of, if she'd cried MH, throw her in a cell and put her on suicide watch since she's already said she tried to hang herself with a bungee rope.
Five fucking years and they're no closer to getting the creditors their money back, while she laughs on TV programmes about being bankrupt.
If there not going to arrest the cunt. Then the bailiffs need to hit the MM this weekend. Lift all the cars in her drive, crush them and take the scrap money. Take her sofas, ovens, cooker, every piece of furniture. Leave her 1 bed, 2 chairs and fuck all else.
Take all TV's including the one in her fuck off new feature wall, all laptop, ipads, mobile phones, and Harvey's new keyboard.
She owes the tax man hundreds of thousands, she one's creditors hundreds of thousands and the cunt is still costing us taxpayers thousands in no fucking show bankruptcy hearings.

The trustees need to keep a diary on cunt faces every move from now until the next court date. Then her anxiety and MH excuse can be laughed out of court along with whatever medical report she gets her hands on.

Why does her mental health top that of her creditors..I'm talking the small companies whom her debts have a devastating effect on?

The Bankruptcies are just icing on the cake for me - I am hanging around to laugh at more awful pictures of her vith random 'da wuns' , at her increasing desperation to find 'work' and to see how much further she will fall before she is carted off to HMP (and I 100% believe that is in her future)

Don’t forget Krusties the bankruptcy criminal investigation could well be going on in the background. Completely different set of proceedings to what has been going on today a la Boris Becker. Unfortunately the courts have rarely seen the likes of non cooperation like this it’s literally unheard of so they and the legislation aren’t really geared up to deal with it. 99.99999% of all bankrupts cooperate even if they are reluctant at first. Her case is a real rarity. She asked for 6 months but hopefully won’t have got it and it has been adjourned to next open court date where there is enough time. The press seem to be drip feeding info so we may get confirmation or we may need to keep a close eye on the daily listings. She’s getting bad press today. Even the posh paper Independent has picked it up. AR turning up gave a bit of an angle as well. We have seen her play the long game herself so that’s what we have to do. She has a shit life in a shitty house with shit relationships and everything is going to shit bit by bit and that includes her face and body which we can say with great certainty is what she now deserves.

She attracts massive publicity and it is an excellent opportunity for the Courts to clearly demonstrate to the public and her that as a bankrupt she cannot avoid her responsibilities and sanction her accordingly. If as a poster earlier says that she has flown away to Cyprus then I would expect that the Court will want a very clear explanation from her and her advisors as to why that trip was necessary and why no proper notice appeared to be given to the Court. Sometimes it is just necessary for a severe sanction such as imprisonment to be applied in order to give a wake up call to the bankrupt and make them understand that they have to co-operate and that they are not above the law. It may also help other practitioners in persuading their bankrupts to co-operate as well.’

Personally, if I had just played truant from a high court bankruptcy hearing citing depression, I wouldn’t be posting all over instagram that I’m down the gym, excited about my new cinema room makeover (looks like that was recorded the other day and timed for today), I would be laying low so my excuse looks valid.
