I started following Sinead just after she came back from Thailand (start of corona and while we were in lockdown here) and I really enjoyed her craic and her wee quotes etc, got a bit pissed off with her flouting lockdown rules in Dublin (she seemed to be meeting people all the time while I didn't leave the house) then she moved back to her parents and I was like OK she's taking it seriously now, started watching her stories (there really became so many stories) but the more I listened to her the more little parts of what she was saying didn't make sense. I never bought her book(s) but I did buy a book she recommended that she read - not through a swipe up either and didn't buy her rings. Still kinda liked her until she released the podcast. It was shit. I had it on while I was cooking dinner and my husband actually heard a bit and said "that sounds like a girl you would actively avoid" and he's not wrong I would swipe super fast past all her ads, but then it got to the stage where ALL her stories were ad's and I'd end up skipping past her for days on end.
What really really pissed me off though was how she was when she was with Jack. She went from single, fun loving to absolute bunny boiler. Clearly it was a relationship of boredom cos not once did she stop talking about going back to Aus/Thailand and it was always about her. And all the mad baby shite and marriage shite, like she had no intention of settling down with him so why go on like a fucking psycho? I was really taken aback when she had her big rant about how hers and Jack's household were a bubble. OK, I still haven't seen my granny in nearly a year but your bubbled with like a whole family down the road?
The reason why I stopped following her was the mad antics of her going to Bali.... WTF? Why Bali? She's cried non stop about Aus and her retreats in Thailand so wtf has Bali got to do with it? This mad dash to create companies so she can go to Bali. Naw seriously get over yourself and then it's like Jack who?
I'm really happy I found this thread cos I've been feeling like a real sucker for falling for her shite (luckily not financially) and my eyes have been ripped open with the stuff found out on here, racist, Selfish, greedy and a sponger. She makes me sick

All the lol's again today with this one.
One of the times she was in Bali she was complaining about the cost compared to Thailand, that there was no street food options, the cafes were western focused and so it was more expensive than she was used to and the fact that everyone went out for dinner to socialise - except she hadn't budgeted for that and ended up having to stay in or meet at the end of the meal for coffee instead of joining for the whole thing. I had a feeling whenever she could she would be splurging on the first class flights as a way of saying to herself and her followers look at me, look how far I've come.
Also I think the fact she is being chauffered into the airport they are prob also clearing security etc. away from the rest of the plebs that means a lower risk of being stopped and questioned by the guards. That could be the reason for the 1st class ticket I don't buy the fact her and Siobhan were supposed to travel together at all.
I imagine that flight will be fairly full - people from the UK are probably using it as a loophole to get out to UAE as they aren't supposed to travel internationally but the Common Travel Area is still ok so I bet a good few have transited through that way. So as others have said 1st means less chance of getting bumped.
Finally - the old chestnut of having always had plans to live in Bali and get a house. Absolute BS. Thailand was going to be her go to to get back to in order to run the retreats that were cancelled. Why get a house somewhere where you can't actually stay and get residency status properly? You don't properly live somewhere that you have to do a visa run every couple of months.
Once summer comes around and SOH can't stay any longer because of her visa there, there will be another story spun to justify wherever they are going to travel to next. They are probably hoping IFS will still go ahead to use that as the excuse to get back to Europe.
Anyway as I said in a previous post I hope it stays fine for them. Absolutely nothing to be envious or admire there. In fact feeling the need to leave family and what looks to be a potential serious relationship behind in the middle of a global pandemic to jet off across the world to a country with extreme poverty and a below par health service. For what exactly? Take pictures of the sunsets/sunrises, train in a cross-fit gym, pose in a bikini beside a palm tree? It is actually pitiful.

Hi girls,
I want to share my story with Better Help.

I signed up with them on the 14th of March.I was suppose to have my first counselling session on the 16th of March.
My counsellor messaged me that day, and said 'she was in training and is running 30 mins late'. So at 1800 I sat online for a half an hour and she never showed up for the session. She apologised for it and we rescheduled for today (23/03), yesterday she wrote to me saying my session would be an hour later as she had a doctors appointment. Grand. I went online today at the time we rescheduled for and another no-show. I wrote to her 10 mins waiting and she never replied, never showed up and still no apology from her.
Two 'no shows'.
It's an absolute disgrace, so unprofessional, this is someone's mental heath you're fucking with, no just some shitty dance class, or swimming lesson that you don't show up for. I've paid 200e (50e a week).
They've offered me my money back but whether I get it back or not, will see.
So guys becareful will BetterHelp. If youd like to see the messages between me and my therapist, let me know

Massive difference between a psychologist and a counselor! And why would she need to see a psychologist? They’d be for a lot more serious problems than a my protein haul !

OMG just saw the stories on Sinead Hegarty. How selfish and thick can one human being be.

She went on holiday to Bali x3times and is now LYING saying she’s moving “back” there. That was never ever her home. Ever. She doesn’t live or work there. Never has.

She also logged onto companies house and paid £24 to name herself as a director of 2 new random companies to show as paper work on the way out.

She is just another selfish, empty influencer travelling during a pandemic and now (as if she couldn’t be any more crass) boasting about flying first class. Funny she can afford 1st class but couldn’t afford £2k to change her flight at Christmas. Obviously someone else paying. The influencers are all doing that as they believe there is less chance of them being turned away at the airport with their fraudulent stories if they have a 1st class ticket.

Hoping the newspapers pick up on this. What an absolute fraud, liar and low class con-artists. Ever since the foul racist attacks she made online I have unfollowed her. She’s talking about and showing fake concern a few days ago about celebs being targeted by the media when she was herself posting pictures of celebs (the Kardashians) and their black partners saying “they love the donkey dick” and praying that black China’s baby comes out as black as the “lucky lucky”men (a racist term to describe the black North African men selling things on the streets in Magaluf).

There were also pictures of her mocking Asians (wearing an Asian style hat the people working in the rice paddies wear and pulling her eyes up). Now she’s on her way to Asia putting them all at risk and taking advantage of 3rd world prices during a pandemic. Pictures and screen shots of all her racists attacks are there as evidence earlier in this thread. Horrible woman.

What part of “it’s against the law to travel for non-essential purposes” does she not understand. Now she’s just breaking the law (again) and posting about it, putting people at risk (again), had her hair done before leaving (again), lying about living in Bali (again). I guess all of which is hardly surprising coming from a shoplifter.

Let’s all hope she doesn’t get turned away (though I understand if people report her to the guards or immigration at Bali). It’s one less person in Ireland breaking the law and spreading COVID.

The obviously clear lack of knowledge of the education & training pathway to becoming a clinical psychologist speaks volumes. Her almost dismissive tone used to discuss them is an insult and then to imply that counsellors tend to have more empathy (where is the evidence base for this) than psychologists was shocking!

No mention of a clear distinction between each category of person involved in mental health care. It was jumbled and rambling nonsense.
Love how psychiatrists are never, ever mentioned. Imagine Sinead trying to get her head around that training pathway!!!!

Noone is stigmatising Jack. The comments are aimed at her openly discussing his feelings on a public platform, which is not OK. Rightly or wrongly, he will most likely get targeted as a result because there will always be people out there who will use this kind of thing against someone, especially men. She has used private conversations with him for public content and he is the one who will suffer for it.

This . Like the other day basically telling Jacks family and friends who follow her that she and him use only condoms . Wow I thought the 2-3 day recovery from dengue fever was impressive but to recover from A major road crash in less than 24 hrs she must be able to really control the universe with her mind and just manifest whatever she needs.
The stories are so cringe.

They are all so trashy:
not a sight of a mask;

the poor horses (as mentioned earlier);
the way they don’t even acknowledged the locals or staff.

They go to these beautiful islands all they do is spend the day sitting around their resort drinking and smoking. Imagine staying in the same place as them. They are all suppose to be health and fitness influencers.

Therapy is cool is such a prickish thing to come out with. It takes a lot of guts for people to go for therapy or counselling. It’s not just a case of going and talking to them about petty stuff, it’s about REAL life problems Sinead. She comes across that she has never had any major problems in her life so I really don’t see how she can even discuss the topic.
