Sikhi- Before Byerim, Erim would refer to herself as Erimstagram and would never ever talk about Sikhi (but she now claims she has always used Erim Kaur as her Insta name, more on this later...)
In fact, some people thought she was Muslim as no one knew her surname was Kaur. She would promote and wear Arabic jewellery. She would have different flags in her bio claiming she's part Persian, Iranian, Afghan whatever. Ever since she released her oil, she started talking about Sikhi, making it clear that she only did that to exploit young Sikh girls to look up to her and buy her hair oil. In fact, with the farmer's protest, she first said she didn’t want to talk about it. Then, she eventually did and made posts that said ‘we stand with farmers’ and the Byerim logo all over it. She once even used a little Sikh boy being bullied for his hair as a way to PROMOTE her oil. It’s clear she tries too hard. She even randomly drops ‘Waheguru satnam’ in the middle of her sentence so she doesn’t get nazar even though no one does that. Scroll to Post #400 to see a video of her doing this. She preaches about keeping Kesh but then lasers her hair off and says she needs to get her hair trimmed.
Vaisakhi- She recorded a TikTok video explaining the history behind Vaisakhi but not only did she give incorrect information, she also diluted the story so that it would be approved by Western society. Scroll to Post #388 to see this. She claims that Maharaj went into a tent and 'had a word' with the Panj Pyare, when Maharaj removed their heads in front of everyone. When trying to correct Erim, she deleted all the comments and said she couldn't give all the information in a 1-minute video. Why not make it a 2-minute video then? You can go into so much detail in your day in the life reels but you cannot accurately represent Sikhi like you claim you do. If you have the platform to talk about the history, tell everyone the correct version or don't say anything at all. Misinformation is worse than no information. She also tried to hide behind Sikh organisations and said they gave her the information, despite Sikh PA confirming that they were not involved with this video. This led to her being heavily criticised by the Sikh community on Twitter. She should have admitted that she hasn't researched properly rather than using lame excuses. Nobody asked her to explain Vaisakhi in the first place but we all know she uses religion for clout
Sympathy- Furthermore, she says that she is doing it for the girls who grew up with no female role models. She claims she had no one but her dad and brother growing up, using the sympathy story to make people buy her oil. However, this is again another contradiction as she sometimes says she grew up with her grandma and her godmother. Also, she constantly complains about how she wasn't taught anything about being a girl so she was always clueless. She would say sob stories such as how she had no one to zip up her dress so would have to ask her neighbours too. No disrespect intended but a majority of South Asian mums don't sit down and teach their daughters how to shave, how to wear a pad or tampon, how to comb their hair etc. Most brown girls had to figure that shit out themselves, especially if they weren't close to their mum and brown families don't really have open conversations about these things.
She has so many oppressed pick me stories for very normal experiences. For example, she says she only had a handful of Asian suits growing up but it was like that for a lot of us girls back in the day. It wasn't as convenient as it is now to order suits online. We had to wait for someone we know that was going to the homeland to bring us back some suits, and as kids, our outfits were obviously the last priority out of anyone's. It's not uncommon for kids of our generation to only have one or two Asian outfits growing up but of course, she had to turn it into a sob story. Why would an older relative remember a child repeating an outfit worn decades ago anyway? A family member in the threads confirmed that this sob story is not true and her dad actually over compensated to make sure she didn't go without
Lying about being hairless
She has lied about being born hairless. When asked in a YouTube video about advice on how to remove body hair, she pretended to be clueless and said she never had body hair. Scroll to Post #227 to see this. She says her grandma doesn’t have body hair and she never did either. But there are pictures of her getting laser hair removal, meaning she had hair before but decided to remove it. Why did she not mention this when asked about body hair removal?? Why does she constantly say she is BLESSED to have no body hair? She is so insensitive towards other girls/women who have body hair and feel embarrassed by it. Not to mention, body hair is completely natural and normal?! Do we really want a girl like Erim to represent Sikhi when she represents the opposite of what Sikhi has taught us about Kesh? Since this was constantly talked about on here, she mentioned laser hair removal once in her story and that she got it on her armpits. But, before that, she claimed her armpits were naturally hairless too.
Ashamed of her skin tone
She uses a way too light foundation on purpose to make her skin tone look lighter than it actually is. You can see her real skin tone in her old pics and videos. That is why she looks grey and ashy all the time and her face is a different colour to her neck. But, if you comment that her foundation is too light, she will delete the comment. Sis is representing the South Asian community yet is ashamed of her skin tone. She is aware that her foundation is too light for her as she jokingly mentions it but she doesn’t change it because she would obviously rather be a lighter skin tone. Since we are realising how she pretends to be a lighter skin tone, she wants to put out there that she sees all skin tones equally. But seriously, who the f has ever asked why their plaster doesn’t match their skin tone? She definitely made that up
A list of other controversial things she has done
• We do not believe her alopecia story. How come she has no pictures or videos to show of her baldness and hair loss in her eyebrows? Usually if someone was suffering from that, they would take pictures to document hair growth. All she has shown was a tiny bald spot in the front of her hairline. Also, in the past, she said it went away on its own but now she is claiming Byerim cured it? She makes stupid stories up like people noticed a gap in her eyelashes because of her alopecia. Who notices that and points it out? I don't even notice my own eyelashes. Erim pretending she has alopecia is such an insult to those who do. There are people who suffer from alopecia and have lost all their hair/huge patches of their hair whereas she claims her tiny dot is alopecia
• She loves to make out that she started her business all by herself and that she had lonely nights in hotel rooms packing it. But, she had a lot of friends around her in a hotel room helping her with her business and her ex seemed to help a lot. She takes all the credit for it and takes everyone for granted. She is also delusional and has said that the “£500k” investment she put into her business was all from the savings that she made as a student working in a club. How can a student in an average club make 500k?? She thinks people believe her stupid lies and doesn’t admit her dad funded her business
• She will block people who reach out to her about the concerns they have with her oil but don’t block or delete thirsty guys in her comments who leave disturbing and disgusting comments
• She’s only capable of replying back to her followers (if it’s even her replying) with ‘aww sis’ or ‘thank you sis’. One time someone messaged her about how a bun causes them hair loss and erim replied with ‘aww’. Aww to what sis??? Oh, we cant forget our favourite reply from erim- 'three hearts'. Sis cant even use heart emojis
• She hates Mother’s Day which is understandable but expects every single brand out there to know the story behind her mother. She was once invited to a film premiere and had to watch a film about a dead mother. Then she complained afterwards about how the organiser should have studied more about her and should have known it would have been hard for her to watch. Surely it’s her job to research the film she is about to watch?? She threatened to expose the company for doing this
• She doesn’t pay for anything. She gets her dentist for free to share her posts and tag her. She gets free gifts made for her "staff" parties to tag them on her stories. She gets her facials for free to tag the salons. She gets her nails for free. She got her laser hair removal for free. She got her cleaner for free. She thinks tagging them or sharing posts will pay their bills. She has admitted that when she moved, she asked as many brands as she could to send her free furniture in return for a promo. She loves freebies and is tight with money. I don’t understand how she says she supports small businesses yet asks for freebies from them constantly. It’s ironic because look at what she once said in an old tweet. Even after receiving freebies and promoting the product e.g. her bed, she then later complains and criticises the product. Imagine how crazy she would act if someone openly criticised her oil
• She LOVES to not look Indian. She always mentions how people think she doesn’t look Indian and looks exotic. She ALWAYS asks people to guess her ethnicity. She even blocked someone in the thread once for saying that she looks straight up Indian and not exotic. She has some serious identity issues. She finds herself unique because she has Middle Eastern DNA but if you pick up a book on north-west Indian history, it will tell you that virtually all Punjabis will have a mix of Middle-Eastern/central Asian DNA, maybe even European
• I don’t get how her content is ‘doing it for the girls who grew up without a mum or sisters’ if it consists of Byerim and lift videos that attract guys. What has she actually done for us girls?? If anything, she tries to make girls feel more insecure by not giving any advice. Any advice people DM her with or ask on the Facebook sister's group chat, she would just say ‘I don't know, I haven’t had that problem before sis’. She thinks adding ‘sis’ to her sentences is enough. Her content is for her male audience, not girls. She knows this as her captions are for the guys e.g ‘What would you do if you saw me’, ‘eyes up here’. In fact, she LOVES that most of her followers are thirsty men. She has once captioned her picture, 'what would you do if my picture was on your dadsphone' (she changed the caption after it was mocked on here). Other captions include ‘put my picture in your lockscreen’, ‘your uncle slid my dms’, ‘I’m untouchable’, ‘what would you do if you saw me like this’, ‘would you add me to your contacts’, ‘I heard your mother looking for a daughter in law’, ‘put this on your groupchat’ etc.
• You can clearly see the stark difference in the consistency of ByErim to other hair oils for yourself. That's been done on cartridge paper - see how shiny, stable and rich the Garnier and L'Oreal products are. Then look at how watered down, dull and weak ByErim looks when first put on the paper, and then after a few minutes. A high-quality and tested hair oil or product will not do what the ByErim sample has done. Now imagine putting that on your hair and scalp. (The oil also splattered because of the cheap ass pump )
• She faked a troll comment and replied back to it and made herself seem ‘kind’. Isn’t it ironic she talks about being kind yet purposely made the other woman look bad? The woman afterwards said that Erims followers sent her hate because of this, which Erim knew about but did not care
• She did a giveaway recently but the winner for it was a fake account (basically her) and the account has now been deleted after it was mentioned on here. Read from Post #309 to find out more
• In this story, Erim is talking about people not knowing what hard work is anymore and then proceeds to emphasise the fact that she was working at 14. First of all, we shouldn’t be trying to normalise working at 14 as that is still a child. Secondly, not everyone has the same definition of hard work or success. Some people value things other than a career in life and have a job purely to make a living and that’s absolutely okay. But it’s just rich coming from someone that doesn’t really appear to be working any harder than the next person. Most people these days are working bloody hard, especially as prices in every aspect of our lives are sky rocketing. A very tone-deaf thing to say considering in this climate, people are literally skipping meals in order to get by. But there’s nothing hard work can’t achieve. Not everyone is afforded the same opportunities either. It’s not as black and white as this.
• She deliberately lies and misleads people into thinking she has a nice hairline due to Byerim when she actually got her hairline micro-bladed. No hair oil or any product can ‘get’ a hairline back- it is why most people go to Turkey for hair transplants. You can see how she’s wrecked her hair over the years from visibly soft-looking and luscious hair to frazzled flyaways and damaged hair that’s slicked down. Her parting has gone wider over the years too
• She thinks she owns the hair oil industry. When other people come out with a hair oil business, she claims they are ‘copycats’ even though hair oiling has been around for centuries. She has even harassed another small hair business called InzoLDN with fake accounts because they have the same bottle (Watch his Youtube video where he discusses this- time stamp 11:11). Calm down Erim, you haven’t trademarked this Ali Baba bottle. She genuinely thinks she’s a trendsetter. She claims that people copy her hair oil as if she invented it in the South Asian community. She has made a lot of TikToks about people ‘copying her’ even though it says in her dad's LinkedIn that she copied her Byerim Ali Baba packaging from Tom Ford perfume bottles. He then proceeds to state that they shut down every other hair oil brand which was inspired by them. So it's okay for you to be inspired by (aka copy) others but people can't be inspired by your daughter??? When this was mocked on this thread, she hasn’t mentioned it since and her dad deleted it off his LinkedIn
• Her trainer Ekam (BodyByEkam) who works with Erim has ruined her reputation by working with her. She uploads pictures of Erims "one year" transformation with photoshopped pictures in the same year (not a year apart) and when showing what Erim eats in a day, her portions were small with barely any calories. Ekam deleted comments that addressed this. Her trainer should not be trusted as no trainer would encourage their clients to eat so little
• She says she got rid of Depop yet we found her employer's Depop which sells Erims PR products such as Pandora (even though she’s Pandora’s ambassador) for full price. This is why Erim never takes the tags out of her clothes. She receives PR and will then sell it for the full price under her employer's catfish account. She also sells products that she has promoted and used. She has even sold the perfumes that she recommended in a YouTube video. Ever since this was mentioned here, she has CONSTANTLY uploaded on her stories that she loves gifting products to her friends and family (never said it before though). She also constantly changes the Depop username so we don’t find it. The name was jas_smiles but it has now been changed. Why doesn’t she ask to be taken off the PR list and why does she promote products that she will sell after? For someone who flexes her "7 figure business", it's odd that she has to sell belongings online for a quick buck.
• She claims her life is so busy and chaotic that she is burnt out and once even said it feels like she ‘goes to war’. Experiencing being burnt out is a serious issue that can cause anxiety, depression etc, which she doesn’t understand. She always says she suffers from being burnt out but she shouldn’t use terms like that lightly. Must be hard reading this thread all day and giving your employees iced coffee as return for their hard work. She also claims she has some severe anxiety but I doubt she has been diagnosed with it. Again, she is just using serious disorders lightly
• She brags about being fired three times (don’t know why) and how she owns a business that switches from 6-7 figures every day (sis can’t keep count). She also loves to say she has made a million pounds from her business. Sis, revenue and profit are not the same thing
• There is speculation that she’s had some fillers or surgery. Her lips are weirdly shaped and her hairline looks micro-bladed. She has admitted that her teeth are fake (composite bonding) and her eyebrows are micro-bladed. But she denies getting anything done to her hairline or sideburns
•If you search ByErim Ltd on Endole (link or see photo), you'll see that Erim is listed in most of her father's businesses. She has been/is the director of so many of his businesses (she's been involved with 7 different companies, all run by her father, receipts in photos and here). She is in no way self-made and has indeed received tons of help, advice and opportunities from her father.
• She thinks everyone who says something negative is a troll. She is a fan of us, she always indirectly but very passive aggressively talks about us in her stories. The latest thing she wrote was ‘Imagine writing about someone online and your family finding out, that’s so embarrassing’. Sis, you being exposed on here countless times is way more embarrassing. She blames the South Asian community for being toxic yet many of us support other girls. She is the toxic one
• She loves to make out she is a CEO boss bitch with HR when it's just her self-employed admin assistant who she charades as whatever job role suits her at the time. If she had 'HR', she would know they do not interview people. It's part of a line manager or recruiting manager job. She also lies about owning a warehouse, when she really has a unit to put her ByErim bottles in
• A follower of hers spent ages customising personalised gifts for Erim and Erim instead used these gifts to put in her giveaway WITHOUT promoting the company that made it. When this was addressed in these threads, she then promoted the company and said the gifts were made for the giveaway but then changed her story and said that she asked if it can be included in the giveaway. She obviously wasnt going to promote the follower who made it and only did because she was called out
• She claims to use the butterfly filter because she wants to be authentic yet she Facetunes her IG pictures and uses filters on TikTok that add makeup, changes the size of your nose and lips etc. Make it make sense. Why can't she just say 'Hey I like to use the filter because I don't feel as confident without makeup' instead of going off on a rant and bringing Eurocentric beauty standards (which she ironically adheres). Also, yes we all know that the screenshot of the TikTok looks so dodgy, sis knows what she's doing.
• She is desperate to be in Selfridges but doesn’t understand that they won’t accept a business that constantly has to change employees and deletes bad reviews. It’s been two years and if Byerim is a ‘7 figure business’ as she claims then surely it can’t be rejected this much. Other smaller brands have managed to be in Selfridges so it’s clear she’s just not a strong businesswoman (a good businesswoman would understand that your business will never be perfect for everyone and will receive some criticism which you have to learn from). Not only that but the product itself isn’t luxury. Basic ingredients, cheap sticker and pump barely works.
•She claims she never wanted to be an influencer yet begged to be verified from day one. She made a big deal about being verified and would even make sure she was in news articles like Daily Mail to increase her chances. We don’t know why she treats being verified the same as having an Oscar. Now that you can pay monthly for a blue tick, she is mad and said that people who do that are a blue ick (even though it is an ick how desperate she was to be verified)
• She is a cheapskate. Here are some examples- she dm'ed someone asking them to make graphics for her for free and she will shout them out on Instagram in return. They declined and responded with their rates and she went off on them saying they are lucky to be considered for work for her. One time she wanted someone to perform services for her website and advertised the role on her story, but SHE WASN’T GOING TO PAY THEM FOR THEIR WORK. She was going to Instagram post their business on her story as a form of payment. This is the same girl who claims she’s got a six-figure business, but clearly not enough money to pay someone for their hard work. She also did this when she was advertising hiring for an assistant. It was unpaid work but in return she offered access to herself and behind the scenes of being an influencer and growing IG. Yeah because that's really gonna pay the employee's bills. Then she has the audacity to say cheap people give her the ick
• She claims to hate Photoshop yet all her pictures are Facetuned and she poses in angles that give the false illusion that she has an hourglass
• The fact she makes her friends and employees sign NDAs before working with her (ex-employees have confirmed this) is a MASSIVE red flag. How can you, knowingly, treat people so badly that you have to have a contract so you know they won’t expose you after? All employees that have previously worked with her have said they signed NDAs so can’t speak about her much
• She called herself a celebrity at her Dads restaurant when she was a smaller account. She also acted like a celebrity by unfollowing everyone on her main account and only following Byerim. She lost followers after this so then stopped doing that and re-followed everyone. So embarrassing
• She doesn’t like to be in the presence of alcohol and got annoyed when a company sent her alcohol in PR (calls them out too) but then she goes clubbing? Make it make sense
• She has been doing random psychology videos pretending she’s a therapist even though she’s a narcissist. In an IGTV she spoke about "regulation" and how her practice is to make sure she's properly fed and slept well before anything else. Even though her everyday stories are always her complaining she never gets sleep and never has time to eat a whole meal and starves all day to stay skinny.
• She promotes an unhealthy relationship with food and body by telling young girls she only eats less than 1000 cals a day and then shows off her 50kg body with a 23inch waist and complains sis is losing weight and how shes the lightest ever
• She openly says she hates animals and her dog hates her which is a red flag in itself
• She has in the past moaned and complained about the collab items she has received from brands on her FB lives and said how ugly they are but then posted pics and stories after about how much she loves them and how pretty they look with a discount code!!

In fact, recently she uploaded a picture and in the caption she said she can't tag the dress because it didn't fit. However, she has worn the exact dress in a TikTok when running and for an ad for everything five pounds. You can see it fits her well and we know where it’s from. She just lied for no reason and now the post has been deleted
• In her zooms, there were only about 40 people at the beginning and 20 people at the end. and you get the details immediately after signing up, there was no waiting for the selection period. She tries to make it seem like hundreds or thousands sign up for her exclusive Zoom and she only picks 100 to be on the call but she doesn't even get 100 sign ups. Her zoom calls are always so low in participants and it doesn't feel like bonding or "sisterhood" at all. She basically makes it a q&a about herself and when others are talking, she's zoning out and not paying attention anymore. She just goes on her phone whilst other people are talking.
• Sis had to ask a ‘friend’ to store 5 boxes in their living room because her dad wouldn't let her keep them in his penthouse apartment with all that empty space. • Erim was turned down for a PLT (pretty little thing) contract but was sent some free stuff for trial so she went to walk around London with her PLT shopping bag so people can talk about her and speculate since there is no PLT physical store
• She thinks she will be on Forbes one day when no one on Forbes says cringy shit like her. They don't think about 'getting into Forbes' as a goal, they just focus on their work. There's a difference between wishing and manifesting that you're gonna end up in the Forbes list and then there's also pure arrogance and delusion
•Back in like 2019-2020 she would heavily use her Erims sisterhood group to generate comments, likes, reviews. She would have these live chats with a face mask on and ask the girls if they can comment on her pics with collabs. She would even specify exactly what to say "sis, say that you love the diversity and seeing a desi girl". Even in her Zoom calls that she would have, she would always ask people to leave reviews on Trustpilot. A tattle poster went on her Zoom meeting and said that a guy brought up what is happening in Punjab, the protests and the farmers. and she quickly texted her employee (who was controlling the Zoom activities) and that girl cut the guy off and said "I'm so sorry to cut you off but we've got a message/question sent to me directly" so basically Erim and her team lie about being supportive to Punjab and its causes. They did all of this on a live Zoom call so their facial and body movement showed exactly what they were doing. But she did not support her sisterhood group at all. When people messaged about their problems, she would say “sorry I’ve never had this problem” and that’s it. As soon as the girls on the group began to promote their little businesses, she would delete the posts. And then she would say “no promotion of self-business.” The group was only talk about her oil and trick young girls into buying it and then making them leave positive reviews. Also, her dad was in these groups for some reason
• She says she has been working out since the age of 14 but when she was asked in the past what her workout routine was, she used to claim she barely works out and eats crap
• She has barely any support from other South Asian influencers as they can see how fake she is. Kaushal and many others have unfollowed her. Kajalxo (Gujarati influencer) implicitly said that she dislikes Erim due to her constant lies.
• She is so attention-seeking. I do not need to explain how, these pictures explain it all:
•We have strong reasons to believe that she sends messages to herself on Insta, claiming that they are from followers, relatives and adoring fans. This is because all the messages use the same language, sentence structure and grammar as Erim does. The messages are also not realistic like this one.
• There is speculation that she is lying about her ethnic background and some believe her mum was Muslim (nothing wrong with that). This is because her mum’s name is registered as Farida Almas Lally. Lally is her dad’s surname. both Farida and Almas are very Islamic traditional names, i’m 80% / 90% sure that her mum was Muslim. But, just because her name is Islamic doesn’t mean that she was a practicing Muslim. The problem is that Erim is continuously lying and deceiving people, as when asked about this, she says it’s not true
• She made out she was invited to the Richlist group race weekend but she only got normal grandstand tickets to the grand prix and blagged her way into the Richlist party with no invitation. They would not invite someone like her, they only invite wealthy businessmen and eye candy but even that comes at a hefty price. Bally, his wife and the Richlist group IG do not even follow Erim
• She is jealous of other people's success. For example, she says people called her a ‘rose that grew from concrete’ but no one did, she just copied that from Neelam Kaurs bio two days after Neelam was announced in the top 100 inspirational Sikhs under 30 list
• She once recorded herself FaceTiming her friends (employees) and you can hear them bitching about another girl who was verified on Instagram before Erim and Erim was laughing whilst they said ‘how is she verified, not you’. Then she uploaded this story on her Insta. What happened to supporting other girls??

She would say shout out those who gave her water in the club since she's the only one who doesn't drink alcohol or would shout out terminal 2 staff for looking after her. • She claims to be picky about who she promotes, as if she didn't promote crypto eats which was a full-on scam and made 500k from innocent people's investments. She failed to acknowledge/apologise for it and just deleted the reel of her promoting it after it was exposed as being a scam. How is she picky when she seems to promote anything?
• She broadened her horizons and visited two of Europe's most iconic cities: Paris and Barcelona with her father. She took photos of his hand and a bit of his shoe, and implied that she was there with a potential boyfriend (she always does this with her dad). But what does one do when in such cultural hubs? Take photos and videos on balconies of course! She complained the entire time and said that the Louvre was "low-key kinda boring." While visiting Barcelona, she gushed about how she studied Spanish for 8 years, and even argued with Spanish people in...Spanish! (Which is funny because she then did an ad for duolingo claiming to be new at Spanish). Then, she had her father take photos and record her leaning over the balcony smiling and sticking her bottom out.
•She decided to talk about her experience with cervical screening. Instead of encouraging more women to get one down (in all seriousness: please do as it's a matter of health and very important when detecting any sign of cervical cancer), she started to complain about how super tight her vagina is
• She's threatened to write a tell-all book and expose people who didn't help her build her business and just expose people but then tries to take these threads down and contacts the police about us exposing her

• She uploads stories with her dad's shoes or arm in the background to insinuate that she has a boyfriend or is out with a man. Then, she will make a big deal when people ask if she has a boyfriend and she will be like “omg it was my dad not my man”. She is such an attention-seeker, why would anyone purposely want people to think their dad is their man?? If you want your relationship status to be private, why mention it in the first place too?
