    Pretending to grow up poor

As you may have figured by now, Erim lies a LOT. As mentioned in the other parts of the Wiki, she constantly lies/exaggerates about how she grew up poor for sympathy and sales.

This is because she is trying to appeal to her audience by saying “hey here’s my struggle growing up in single parent household - give me pity”. Her stories include how her dad took her to the barbers instead of the hairdressers because he did not know about hairdressers. Or another story is how they had no food in the fridge so they always ate out (even though eating out would be more expensive).

But I don’t think she realises the normal struggles in a single-parent household are not having enough money for school trips/ food usually parents actually CANT afford a hair cut and do it themselves (esp for girls). People who are genuinely growing up in poverty and have no food in their fridge, their alternative is either food banks or just simply not eating... going out to eat is not an option for them! This is what happens when an extremely privileged individual attempts to get sympathy/appear relatable, they end up saying things that make zero sense because they don’t know what struggle is. People like Erim - who were born into affluence, have a supportive family and a father who stepped in to fill the roles of both parents - insist on glamourising things like struggle, poverty, and a hard life, when she has no idea what it's like.

We will never ever understand why idiots like her think it's "cool" to live a life of struggle and strife. It's not fun, or nice, or got any glamour attached to it. It leaves scars that you have to deal with as an adult. To struggle and be poor is not something anyone should be normalising or saying is "cool." Only people who've never lived or been on the brink or edges of society say things like this. Those who grew up in those horrible circumstances never glamourise it. They end up either working hard to get out of it or are unable to get out of it. She's a tone deaf, disgusting, and idiotic child who's out of touch with reality. There is nothing wrong with growing up in comfort, being provided for, and bathed in love. There are millions of people who would give anything for that. Instead she just spits on it and her entire family in the process

You can also tell her struggles are all fake. Did she not go hairdressers before her mum died? Why wouldn’t her dad take her there? One minute she says she had clippers used on her hair when she was younger than next minute she says shes never had them near her hair. It is hard to believe a man who opened a successful restaurant in London and a property abroad could not locate a hairdressers. There’s people out there who’ve had real struggles in single-parent families and here’s Erim taking the piss pretending to be traumatised from a trimmer….

Moreover, she claims she worked at clubs and saved hard to build her success. In a post when buying her Chanel bag, she claimed her first bag was £9 from Primark which she didn’t buy straight away as it was expensive. She positions herself as someone coming from a low socioeconomic background who built her success. As mentioned before, she claims that her dad and her brother used to be squatters which means they were living illegally in a house/building that wasn’t theirs and they weren’t paying rent. She says that her brother slept on the floor whilst she and her dad slept on a bed. Click here and scroll to post #182 to see this

Despite saying this, it is clear that this isn’t the case and they were always a well-off family. On closer inspection of her dad's background, he went to Harvard and claims to have worked in the City as a leading IT Professional for over 10 years, primarily focused on the Trading Floors of world-leading merchant banks. Not only that but they had a family holiday home growing up.

In this article, she even says she got her fashion internship in her teens through a client at her dad's restaurant Eriki. Clearly, Erim is not from a poor disadvantaged background and branding herself as such is not okay. With the help of her business-savvy father, she has done well, and there is nothing wrong with that. But making it out as if you come from this desperate background and worked at bars to make a success of yourself is distasteful. Imagine being her dad, providing everything and more for your daughter, but 20 years later she is online telling all her followers that they squatted and that he didn’t help with her business. She loves to make out that all the odds were stacked against her.

This is why her ex-employee Harneet has hinted that Erim has lied about her past. Erim did not have a poor upbringing like she insists

I feel the need to reiterate, contradicting and weird discrepancies in her narrative. So, her dad failed to feed them home cooked meals because he couldn’t afford it but they could afford take away everyday, her dad failed to take her to the hairdresser but a barbers for a “trimmer” cut, her dad couldn’t provide shelter but brought property abroad / property in the uk as an investor but they squatted for a time because they couldn’t afford a place to live, her dad brought her tights but didn’t know to buy new tights when there were holes in them - not because they couldn’t afford it (her emphasis btw) but because they didn’t know they couldn’t have holes in tights, she had/has no female role models but her and her gran seemingly came up with her hair oil when she was young because she’d oil her hair (remember erim), and she has her godmother who she said she’s saw weekly since she was a teen… But anyone remember, she wasn’t allowed to work until she was 18 but was getting the bus to her job at 16 and then her first job was at a club being a bottle girl ?? NOTHING makes sense with this absolute narc nutter

So in short, her dad couldn’t afford anything but now she’s emphasising they could afford new tights, but then he couldn’t afford food or shelter. which one is it erim ???? you really can’t cosplay struggle when you’ve been brought up in affluence stupid girl, the discrepancies are MAD

When she said shopkeepers have "easy" jobs

She constantly shows herself to be tone-deaf, ignorant, uneducated and devoid of empathy.

She said in her Insta story that being a shopkeeper looks like an “easy job” because “they don’t have to continue stocking shelves when they get home” and they are “living their best lives”- Scroll to Post #877 to see this recording. She was comparing this to her influencer job where she has to work 24/7.

She said this after watching the show Superstore and seeing that the shopkeepers have “easyyyy lives on there.” Of course their life is 'easy' - they're actors; not real supermarket workers. Obviously working retail is not how it’s like in TV shows made for entertainment purposes. She’s so dumb and so out of touch with the world.

This privileged girl really said that people who work at supermarkets on minimum wage on the bread line, who are struggling with high energy costs, inflation, crippling debt, and often single-parent families, have “eassyyyy” jobs compared to her job as an “influencer” prancing around on different balconies in cheap ass Primark outfits all day. This is proof she is a liar because someone who has experienced raw struggle or “squatted” would never say that supermarket workers have easy lives cos they can “clock off.” Who’s gonna tell sis that working in retail is one of the hardest jobs and she would not be able to deal with angry customers, she would probably have a tantrum and think they are trolls 😂

When someone messaged her that what she said was tone-deaf, she BLOCKED them

    Her fake elder sister struggles

She now likes to pretend she has elder sister struggles so people relate to her.

But she has one sibling (who I’m guessing looks after himself) and her father does everything for her. He has constantly supported and guided her through her hair oil business. This is yet another TikTok trope she is trying to relate to for clout but she cannot relate to. The struggle of eldest daughters is that they are having to do the parenting of their younger siblings and they are also having to be an adult with their parents. But her father does everything for her, she has said this herself as she has spoke about how she doesn't even know how to pay a bill at her big age and that her dad does it for her. She most certainly does not help parent her brother at all. Erim and her one braincell can't realise how dumb she sounds trying to label herself as all of these trendy tropes to be relatable when she doesn't fit the description at all.

Then she talks about her grandparents, saying she wants to give them a bigger kitchen which is an elder sister duty… but they run successful off-licence shops back in the days and they have money. Why is she making it out like they’re poor and she’s the one providing for them?

Her hair has gone worse after Byerim

As mentioned in the other parts of the Wiki, her hair was a lot better before she used Byerim. Her hair was thicker and more full, and it is not visibly more thin and straw like. But the biggest difference is the front of her hairline. Before Byerim, she had a normal parting. But since her haircare brand launched, her part has gone so wide and her scalp is clearly distressed.
