It’s not even passive aggressive- it’s downright aggressive and rude. How she’s still in a customer facing role at work is beyond me.

Someone mentioned earlier how can she do the job she does? I can’t imagine she has any people skill’s whatsoever and the only reason she is still in the job she’s does is because isn’t Taco her boss or something? Clearly BMW don’t want to make any profit let alone have happy customers
