Recently Erim’s gotten herself in hot water over a number of things. Firstly by mocking and creating passive aggressive stories about young people who cry online. This was a dig at Parv, who sadly lost her kitten and grandparents. We have evidence of Erim crying and posting photos/videos of herself in tears (she is the Queen of Give Me Sympathy) and so did Parv. She called Erim out in the most public way, stood up for herself and against a bully. She’s won us over - we wish her all the very best with Thaari Oils! This is just one example of Erim Kaur being a hypocrite and posting a photo of herself crying and wanting attention on social media.

The letter was written by a lady named Anoopreet, whom Erim didn’t credit or tag in captions until earlier today. She even deleted Anoopreet’s name from the original letter. We later discovered that Erim was really at a place called Portcullis House (which is not in Parliament) to attend a film screening for Kaur. She hadn’t organised a meeting to see a politician at all and likely to have dropped this letter off at reception. She has not corrected any assumptions people have made and enjoys how misleading the video is because she’s getting likes, comments, praise and compliments from Sikhs online who have sadly fallen for her lies and dishonest behaviour
She’s riding on the coattails of the #FreePanjab movement to boost her following, online profile, likes, comments and general engagement. She insists she cares and lied to a man named Dawinderpal Singh from Sikh PA about being a devout Sikh when she’s not. She’s also South Asian, so has a higher risk of developing diabetes as well.

This one gets asked in every thread, so it’s first question. She isn’t a Muslim or half Muslim-half Sikh. That's her mother's name, and the A stands for Almas, which is also Erim's middle name. She sometimes wears a pendant with the word Almas written on it in Arabic. Her mother was a Pakistani-Muslim lady (no one here has an issue with that). Erim has misled many people into thinking she was a Muslim by harping on about modest clothing and wearing the Almas pendant - this was all done to appeal to Muslim women online to buy her hair products and follow her online. Nowadays she does the same to Sikhs online. She uses religion for clout and to sell her untested products, which is shocking, immoral and highly unethical.
We do not know if her mother was religious or practising. Nor is this information important to know. Every single one of us has respect for her mother's memory and feel disgusted at how Erim exploits it to make money. It's been given away by Erim, a piece she did for a charity named Stand Up 2 Cancer where she spoke about her mother passing away and her father stepping in to raise her,and also found on public databases that are legal and government-led in the UK. 3 mins into that video you'll hear her mention how her father fought for custody of her and her brother. The video also shows what she really looks like without filters, controlled lighting and camera angles.

It comes from a classical Persian story that can be found in the Qur’an. It’s a very old word for ‘heaven’ which is not really used anymore. Her name ‘Erim’ is a misspelling of the original word: ‘Iram’ which is why I and others who speak Farsi etc. didn’t believe her. The name can also be spelled as ‘Eram’ and ‘Irum’ - it’s a very popular Pakistani girls’ name. This does not mean that Erim is Iranian or of Iranian descent. She’s never posted about Iran, Iranian culture or shown her support for Iranian women and/or Afghan women. It’s safe to say that she firmly identifies herself as a Sikh woman who wishes she had lighter skin and looked more European/West Asian. We know all of this because she's shared it publicly, but has done everything in her power to hide her mother's Pakistani roots and heritage.
Is she 100% Punjabi?
We believe so. She likes to wear foundation/make-up in several shades lighter than her actual skin so that she looks lighter than she really is, and thus more ethnically ambiguous. Online she pretends to look like a Middle Eastern girl, and takes delight in being mistaken for any other ethnic group except for Punjabi. In the past she’s claimed to be quarter Afghan or Pashtun, part Brazilian, and to have Iranian ancestry. The claim for Brazilian heritage is a straight-up lie, but to claim Afghan and Iranian ancestry is something many Punjabis do have in their family backgrounds. Erim’s mother was a British-born Pakistani woman (it’s unclear where in Pakistan, but going by her maiden surname Malick she’s likely to have been Punjabi). Many Pakistanis are known to have Pashtun heritage (which is not the same as Afghan heritage; being an Afghan transcends ethnic groups, cleans and tribes). But there are major doubts over Erim allegedly having Pashtun heritage that go beyond superficial things such as skin tone and her physical appearance.
Her family?
Erim's father separated from her birth mother before she passed away. For a while it appears that Erim and her brother grew up with her until she was sadly diagnosed with breast cancer and passed away from it when Erim was 7 or 8. Erim's father then gained custody of her and her brother who have been living with him, her paternal grandmother, his side of the family and in his culture. She has been raised by her father and appears to have had the presence of her paternal grandmother since she came to live with him. Erim doesn't appear to have any ties to her late mother's family or heritage. Erim and her younger brother have have grown up in her dad’s family since the death of her mother and been under his care since. Her paternal family are all Sikh-Punjabis. Her father is a Sikh-Punjabi man who was born and raised in the UK, worked as an IT director, a serial business owner for decades who owned a restaurant called Eriki (named after Erim and her younger brother) which has since shut down.
We know all this because it's publicly available information on government databases and has also come from Erim herself.
Erim was born into an affluent British Asian family, but lies about having to squat when she was younger, being so poor she couldn’t afford traditional Punjabi dresses, and being forced to work in a club in Atlanta to save her tips and turn it into seed money for ByErim. None of this is true. She did study in Atlanta for one year, worked in a club but it’s unclear if she really did save tips to start ByErim. We believe it’s more likely than not that her father gave her a financial hand up (which is not an issue). We just don’t understand why she lies and lies about anything and everything.
She also claims to have grown up without any women present in her life, but regularly gifts her paternal grandma unwanted PR items and shows herself hanging around her godmother.
Why are her products untested?
I say this based on my expertise, education and position as a cosmetic chemist with a Ph.D in Chemistry who works for a beauty conglomerate. I say her products are untested because they do not follow the strict rules and protocols every single beauty brand must comply with before a product goes to market. If a product causes an adverse reaction in any test subject (even if it’s one person), it’s either sent back to be refined or completely shelved or included in a small leaflet inside the product’s box under a section called Potential Side Effects. We do this to protect people’s health - and to not get sued.
ByErim has not done this with any of their products and I know this for two reasons. Firstly: all testing results and information must be made publicly available. ByErim does not do this. Secondly, the business gets their ‘certifications’ from private testing companies who aren’t regulated and can speed up testing results for the right price. None of her products have independent clinical trials or testing that’s been conducted by a well-reputed lab or received approvals from leading dermatologists or cosmetic chemists. It takes years to create a safe and dermatologically approved for a very good reason: we genuinely care about people’s health and wellbeing.
Erim is a lazy grifter who takes the short cut with everything she does, only cares about making money and becoming famous for no reason whatsoever.
Many of the ingredients in her products have a natural origin, such as the essential oils (like lavender bergamot, rosemary) but are present as synthetic ingredients in the final product (the oil, shampoo, conditioner) which is why they aggravate people’s scalp and give them itchy skin. If her products can mess up an adult’s scalp skin and hair health, you can only imagine what it can do to an infant’s or a small child’s.
Erim and her dad have tried to inject ’science’ into their products by claiming they’re child-friendly and paediatrician approved - this is simply not true and not a valid product claim to make. Nor is it recognised in dermatology and the world of beauty products.
She’s trying to legitimise the “science” behind her products by doing a two-year course in Trichology. This is not an adequate qualification as many Trichologists don’t work in labs or create hair/skincare products like Erim has. You need to be qualified in solid subjects like Biochemistry, Chemistry or even Cosmetic Science in order to do that sort of thing. This qualification does not and will not make her a trusted expert in haircare: her hair oil makes people’s hair fall out, causes irritations on their scalps and doesn’t have publicly available clinical trials/test results for consumers to look at.
The hair oil contains lavender essential oil which has been shown to alter androgens (a type of male sex hormone) in young boys and men. If a man’s sex hormones are altered it can have drastic effects on his body that can last years.
She claims to have made a vegan silk hair bonnet - which is impossible. Silk is not vegan; the hair bonnet is probably made from satin or some other cheap synthetic material. If you want a good hair bonnet, I’d recommend getting one from Black-owned hair salons or shops.
She claims her hair oil cures post partum hair loss and alopecia. Both are physically impossible to reverse with just an oil. This itself warrants a report to health authorities in the UK and Dubai.

We have receipts upon receipts of Erim deliberating flagging honest reviews of her products on TrustPilot, and then flooding them with positive ones from paid influencers, her friends (well employees) and the few people who haven’t seen her for what she really is: a money hungry narcissist. Please see the photos below where you can see a complete reversal of 1 star reviews being converted into 5 star reviews. This data is skewed, been tampered with and not an accurate reflection of what people really think. Erim is notorious for flagging reviews that aren’t positive or gush about how amazing her products are, as spam so TrustPilot takes them down. Thankfully Parv held an open session for people to speak openly and share their experiences of hair loss, itchy scalps and developing allergic reactions from using ByErim products. Is Erim a Muslim?
This one gets asked in every thread, so it’s first question. She isn’t a Muslim or half Muslim-half Sikh. Please use this link and scroll down until you see a screenshot with the words "Fariola A Malick" on it (it's about two-thirds of the way down). That's her mother's name, and the A stands for Almas, which is also Erim's middle name. She sometimes wears a pendant with the word Almas written on it in Arabic. Her mother was a Pakistani-Muslim lady (no one here has an issue with that). Erim has misled many people into thinking she was a Muslim by harping on about modest clothing and wearing the Almas pendant - this was all done to appeal to Muslim women online to buy her hair products and follow her online. Nowadays she does the same to Sikhs online. She uses religion for clout and to sell her untested products, which is shocking, immoral and highly unethical.
We do not know if her mother was religious or practising. Nor is this information important to know. Every single one of us has respect for her mother's memory and feel disgusted at how Erim exploits it to make money. It's been given away by Erim, a piece she did for a charity named Stand Up 2 Cancer where she spoke about her mother passing away and her father stepping in to raise her,and also found on public databases that are legal and government-led in the UK. 3 mins into that video you'll hear her mention how her father fought for custody of her and her brother. The video also shows what she really looks like without filters, controlled lighting and camera angles.
Is her name/she really Persian?
It comes from a classical Persian story that can be found in the Qur’an. It’s a very old word for ‘heaven’ which is not really used anymore. Her name ‘Erim’ is a misspelling of the original word: ‘Iram’ which is why I and others who speak Farsi etc. didn’t believe her. The name can also be spelled as ‘Eram’ and ‘Irum’ - it’s a very popular Pakistani girls’ name. This does not mean that Erim is Iranian or of Iranian descent. She’s never posted about Iran, Iranian culture or shown her support for Iranian women and/or Afghan women. It’s safe to say that she firmly identifies herself as a Sikh woman who wishes she had lighter skin and looked more European/West Asian. We know all of this because she's shared it publicly, but has done everything in her power to hide her mother's Pakistani roots and heritage.
Is she 100% Punjabi?
We believe so. She likes to wear foundation/make-up in several shades lighter than her actual skin so that she looks lighter than she really is, and thus more ethnically ambiguous. Online she pretends to look like a Middle Eastern girl, and takes delight in being mistaken for any other ethnic group except for Punjabi. In the past she’s claimed to be quarter Afghan or Pashtun, part Brazilian, and to have Iranian ancestry. The claim for Brazilian heritage is a straight-up lie, but to claim Afghan and Iranian ancestry is something many Punjabis do have in their family backgrounds. Erim’s mother was a British-born Pakistani woman (it’s unclear where in Pakistan, but going by her maiden surname Malick she’s likely to have been Punjabi). Many Pakistanis are known to have Pashtun heritage (which is not the same as Afghan heritage; being an Afghan transcends ethnic groups, cleans and tribes). But there are major doubts over Erim allegedly having Pashtun heritage that go beyond superficial things such as skin tone and her physical appearance.
Her family?
Erim's father separated from her birth mother before she passed away. For a while it appears that Erim and her brother grew up with her until she was sadly diagnosed with breast cancer and passed away from it when Erim was 7 or 8. Erim's father then gained custody of her and her brother who have been living with him, her paternal grandmother, his side of the family and in his culture. She has been raised by her father and appears to have had the presence of her paternal grandmother since she came to live with him. Erim doesn't appear to have any ties to her late mother's family or heritage. Erim and her younger brother have have grown up in her dad’s family since the death of her mother and been under his care since. Her paternal family are all Sikh-Punjabis. Her father is a Sikh-Punjabi man who was born and raised in the UK, worked as an IT director, a serial business owner for decades who owned a restaurant called Eriki (named after Erim and her younger brother) which has since shut down.
We know all this because it's publicly available information on government databases and has also come from Erim herself.
Erim was born into an affluent British Asian family, but lies about having to squat when she was younger, being so poor she couldn’t afford traditional Punjabi dresses, and being forced to work in a club in Atlanta to save her tips and turn it into seed money for ByErim. None of this is true. She did study in Atlanta for one year, worked in a club but it’s unclear if she really did save tips to start ByErim. We believe it’s more likely than not that her father gave her a financial hand up (which is not an issue). We just don’t understand why she lies and lies about anything and everything.
She also claims to have grown up without any women present in her life, but regularly gifts her paternal grandma unwanted PR items and shows herself hanging around her godmother.
Why are her products untested?
I say this based on my expertise, education and position as a cosmetic chemist with a Ph.D in Chemistry who works for a beauty conglomerate. I say her products are untested because they do not follow the strict rules and protocols every single beauty brand must comply with before a product goes to market. If a product causes an adverse reaction in any test subject (even if it’s one person), it’s either sent back to be refined or completely shelved or included in a small leaflet inside the product’s box under a section called Potential Side Effects. We do this to protect people’s health - and to not get sued.
ByErim has not done this with any of their products and I know this for two reasons. Firstly: all testing results and information must be made publicly available. ByErim does not do this. Secondly, the business gets their ‘certifications’ from private testing companies who aren’t regulated and can speed up testing results for the right price. None of her products have independent clinical trials or testing that’s been conducted by a well-reputed lab or received approvals from leading dermatologists or cosmetic chemists. It takes years to create a safe and dermatologically approved for a very good reason: we genuinely care about people’s health and wellbeing.
Erim is a lazy grifter who takes the short cut with everything she does, only cares about making money and becoming famous for no reason whatsoever.
Many of the ingredients in her products have a natural origin, such as the essential oils (like lavender bergamot, rosemary) but are present as synthetic ingredients in the final product (the oil, shampoo, conditioner) which is why they aggravate people’s scalp and give them itchy skin. If her products can mess up an adult’s scalp skin and hair health, you can only imagine what it can do to an infant’s or a small child’s.
Erim and her dad have tried to inject ’science’ into their products by claiming they’re child-friendly and paediatrician approved - this is simply not true and not a valid product claim to make. Nor is it recognised in dermatology and the world of beauty products.
She’s trying to legitimise the “science” behind her products by doing a two-year course in Trichology. This is not an adequate qualification as many Trichologists don’t work in labs or create hair/skincare products like Erim has. You need to be qualified in solid subjects like Biochemistry, Chemistry or even Cosmetic Science in order to do that sort of thing. This qualification does not and will not make her a trusted expert in haircare: her hair oil makes people’s hair fall out, causes irritations on their scalps and doesn’t have publicly available clinical trials/test results for consumers to look at.
The hair oil contains lavender essential oil which has been shown to alter androgens (a type of male sex hormone) in young boys and men. If a man’s sex hormones are altered it can have drastic effects on his body that can last years.
She claims to have made a vegan silk hair bonnet - which is impossible. Silk is not vegan; the hair bonnet is probably made from satin or some other cheap synthetic material. If you want a good hair bonnet, I’d recommend getting one from Black-owned hair salons or shops.
She claims her hair oil cures post partum hair loss and alopecia. Both are physically impossible to reverse with just an oil. This itself warrants a report to health authorities in the UK and Dubai.

We have receipts upon receipts of Erim deliberating flagging honest reviews of her products on TrustPilot, and then flooding them with positive ones from paid influencers, her friends (well employees) and the few people who haven’t seen her for what she really is: a money hungry narcissist. Please see the photos below where you can see a complete reversal of 1 star reviews being converted into 5 star reviews. This data is skewed, been tampered with and not an accurate reflection of what people really think. Erim is notorious for flagging reviews that aren’t positive or gush about how amazing her products are, as spam so TrustPilot takes them down. Thankfully Parv held an open session for people to speak openly and share their experiences of hair loss, itchy scalps and developing allergic reactions from using ByErim products. People have also shared their experiences of hair loss and similar adverse reactions on these threads. You can find them in earlier threads and in the Wiki (pink button at the top). I’ve also attached screenshots of people’s messages to Parv about their experiences with ByErim products.
