Noticed someone posting cals on their meals.

I think the original post of this says no mentioning cals etc. Nothing triggering. This is a safe space to talk about normal eating habits.

Hi guys continue here 😊 I’m gonna start adding exercise/activity too to keep me on track!

no mention of calories 💋

yesterday..
Brekkie: weetabix, banana, semi skimmed milk and honey. Oat milk coffee. I’ve started having a bit of brown sugar instead of sweetener as I read that aspartame triggers anxiety
Lunch: lamb, couscous, tenderstem broccoli and spinach
Tea: Boursin cherry tomato pasta
Snacks: a choc brioche bun and a piece of brownie
Drinks: tea, coffee, water and a glass of peach and raspberry cordial
Vitamins: C&zinc, D and an apple cider, turmeric and ginger supplement
Activity: 10 min yoga stretches when I got up and a 2 mile walk after work

I’m in the first trimester of pregnancy so I’m literally just going with it..
Brekkie: beans on toast
Lunch: medium quarter pounder meal with fries and a Diet Coke
Just had a big bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes with ice cold milk
Had a banana and a mocha earlier and drank loads of water
Walked just under 20k steps today!!! Went for 2 long walks as I had a day off and spent 2 hours spring cleaning the house

So everyone feel absolutely free to judge me because my diet is shocking however I have covid so I'm having a pity party 🤣

Started the day off strong with a cup of tea and 4 biscuits.

Swiftly onto porridge with fruit and drowned in syrup.

Way too many malteasers but who's counting?

Lunchtime comes round so I scoff some prawn cocktail crisps, a breakaway bar and an orange because... health.

8 Percy pigs to be precise.

And for dinner im having a fat chicken roast.

No doubt there will be snacks in-between because pig life.

And ive been drinking water throughout to excuse the sorry excuse of a human I truly am.

Breakfast: Cup of tea ☕
Lunch: Avocado and plant based bacon on toast 🥑🥓🍞
Dinner: Homemade mushroom and caramelised onion tart with herby new potatoes and brocolli 🧅🥔🥦

I have just started Intermittent Fasting so today i had chicken breast, lots of salad leaves, pomegranate jewels, carrots, sweet peppers, sugar snap peas,and some seeds for my first meal at 2pm.
And then at 7pm i had a pork loin steak, Brown rice, and lots of Broccoli, green beans, and carrots. Followed by a lemon yoghurt, a few mixed nuts, some carrot batons and hummous.
And the amazing thing is i havent snacked at all since my evening meal. Normally i am a serial night time snacker, I am forever eating crisps, biscuits, sweets. And yet i havent craved anything tonight. I read that having healthy fats will help you to stay full for longer and will help you to stop snacking so i am making a point of having some hummous/mixed nuts/cashew butter with my meals to help me stay full.
I am new to IF so i dont know if it works for weight loss, but i certainly feel better in myself. Also, i do drink tea and a cup of coffee throughout the morning so i dont know if that means i am not doing the IF 'properly' but i do feel much better. I have tried every single diet going so i thought i would try this, and if it works then great and if i dont lose weight- well i hope it benefits me in other ways :)

Right guys happy new year!
I’m now 12 weeks pp after a horrendous HG pregnancy and given it’s a new year I’m ready to return to normality 😂 so going to reignite this thread to keep me on track

today:
2 x cappucinos made in the dolce gusto, a vitamin C and zinc effervescent drink
A banana

Tuna sweetcorn wrap with salad

Chicken curry with rice, 2 small poppadoms and chutney

2 cans of Diet Coke, loads of water and I’ll have a cup of tea later with a couple of chocolate fingers

dinner: noodles with chicken, mushroom, prawns 🍤
snacks: dried figs, protein shake, slice of stollen
drinks: coffee, water, orange soda
today was not the best day, i'm pms'ing so very hungry! 😩

breakfast: a slice of stollen/fruit bread + two black coffees
lunch: leftover curry chicken from last night + rice
snack: four small dried apricots
dinner: fajitas with chicken and veggies
drinks: water throughout the day

Haven’t had any snacks but I’ll have a cuppa and a boss out in a bit. Just drank loads of water today. Haven’t done any exercise but I’ve managed 8k steps

Breakfast - protein yoghurt and blueberries
Lunch - chicken salad with coleslaw
Dinner - chicken tray bake
Snacks - lentil curls, banana, skinny whip, a slice of bread and butter whilst dinner was on and the last of the Christmas biscuits with a cuppa

10am - iced almond milk latte

1pm - slice of sourdough toast topped with feta, avocado and rayu, coffee

3pm - cinnamon bun

8pm -slice of margarita pizza with homemade sourdough base, pina colada

No exercise apart from the horizontal variety - husband is home after 6 weeks away 😉

B - sausage bap at the airport
L - nothing really but had half a ham and cheese toastie at the hotel for a snack lol
D - Chinese night! Had sweet and sour pork, duck leg, spring roll, chips and mixed rice
D - ice cream 🍦
E - over 14000 steps so far! Lord knows I’ll need to do as many steps as possible

Many many alcoholic drinks

B - big mug of coffee w/ vanilla flavored almond milk coffee creamer . 2 sugars.
L - warmed up some leftover chili i made the other day . mozz on top . couple tortilla chips
D- steamed brocc w / cheddar . creamy baked chicken . rice .

Happy New Year, back on the healthy train again getting control of my portions, food.
Breakfast: 1 slice of pear cake and a mug of black tea
Lunch/snack: slice of pear cake, 2 slices of toast with butter and black tea, walnuts.
Dinner: off to a steakhouse, then I might have a yogurt or something if im hungry after
