Breakfast: Cup of tea ☕
Lunch: Avocado and plant based bacon on toast 🥑🥓🍞
Dinner: Homemade mushroom and caramelised onion tart with herby new potatoes and brocolli 🧅🥔🥦

breakfast: a slice of stollen/fruit bread + two black coffees
lunch: leftover curry chicken from last night + rice
snack: four small dried apricots
dinner: fajitas with chicken and veggies
drinks: water throughout the day

Breakfast - protein yoghurt and blueberries
Lunch - chicken salad with coleslaw
Dinner - chicken tray bake
Snacks - lentil curls, banana, skinny whip, a slice of bread and butter whilst dinner was on and the last of the Christmas biscuits with a cuppa

B - big mug of coffee w/ vanilla flavored almond milk coffee creamer . 2 sugars.
L - warmed up some leftover chili i made the other day . mozz on top . couple tortilla chips
D- steamed brocc w / cheddar . creamy baked chicken . rice .

Happy New Year, back on the healthy train again getting control of my portions, food.
Breakfast: 1 slice of pear cake and a mug of black tea
Lunch/snack: slice of pear cake, 2 slices of toast with butter and black tea, walnuts.
Dinner: off to a steakhouse, then I might have a yogurt or something if im hungry after

a couple egg muffins and baked beans
a coronation chicken wrap
a hello fresh (whatever my mum picks (she always chooses the weight watchers ones lol))

snack wise i’ve got some pineapple and an apples and maybe a mince pie for dessert ✌🏼

breakfast: wrap with scrambled eggs, feta, a slice of chicken breast & lettuce
lunch: leftover chicken and rice with peppers and a side salad
dinner: swedish meatballs, mashed potatoes & salad
snack: a pancerotta my friend made
drinks: just coffee & water, might have a glass of white wine 🍷

Breakfast: orange juice and a banana
Lunch; sausage and bacon on toast with brown sauce
Tea: cottage pie and broccoli
drinks: water, Diet Coke and a cappuccino. I’ll have more tea and a bit of a Terrys chocolate orange later 😋
Exercise: 30 min spin, 15 min weights and 24 incline walk on treadmill. 45 min walk with pram

Breakfast - Orange juice and a Nespresso
Dinner - Porridge pot
Tea - Sausage, mash, broccoli and gravy
Snacks - Apple and fruit bag, water and a can of coke
Exercise - Just some steps on my lunch. Won’t have time tonight with the food shop then overtime when I get home

11am - croissant
2pm - half of a cheese and tomato baguette.
2:30pm - handful of onion ring crisps.
3:30pm - one samosa.
8pm - cheese and onion pasty with beans.
9pm - two almond biscuits.

I have drank water throughout the day too.

B/L: 2 coffees, almond milk, one square of dark chocolate, 3 quarters of pepperoni pizza (need to do a grocery shop).
Snack: greek yogurt, honey, walnuts, dark chocolate, collagen powder
D: oysters, cucumber, bread and hummus + squares of dark chocolate and a small tea to end the night.

Brekkie: banana and cappucino
Lunch; jacket potato with tuna Mayo and salad
Going out for tea, think I’ll have salmon rice and veg
Haven’t had any snacks but I’ll have a cup of tea and a bit of chocolate tonight
Drinks: water, Diet Coke and tea
Exercise: 3 mile walk and 30 min yoga

Breakfast - Just a coffee
Dinner - Fruit salad and a chocolate Fibre One bar
Tea - Spicy chicken breast, rice and broccoli
Snacks - Water through the day and I’ll have some left Xmas choc tonight. Also had a Pret coffee mid morning.
Excercise - Walked round the block a few times at lunch but none tonight, it will be overtime again. It’s all fun and games having a Christmas shut down at work until you come back two twice the amount of work to do 🥲

l -romaine lettuce. roast garlic Caesar dressing. leftover steak . garlic cheddar croutons. old cheddar shredded.
d-fresh fettucine w / garlic alfredo sauce. couple tempura shrimp.

breakfast: a scrambled egg and a berry/banana smoothie + coffee
lunch: family lunch, mum is making prawn risotto & carrot cake for dessert
snack: there probably won't be one because of the cake 🍰
dinner: leftover veggie fajitas from last night, no chicken left but plenty of veg
drinks: just coffee and water, going to a pub quiz tonight so maybe a glass of wine
