Brekkie: cappuccino and a banana
Lunch: fish finger wrap and salad
Tea: chicken curry and rice
Going to have a cup of tea and a twirl in a bit
Just drank water today
Pretty boring really 😂
Sorry but from the KHM thread I can’t take anyone saying ‘having a twirl’ seriously 😂

Breakfast- protein yoghurt
Lunch - chicken and potatoes
Dinner - steak, chips, asparagus, Cherry tomatoes, onion rings & peppercorn sauce
Drink - water and shloer
Snacks - babybel and mr Kipling angel slice
Exercise- 30 min circuits class

B: white bagel toasted with butter and honey all melty yum.
Snack: coffee and 2 dark choc digestives
L : mcCrispy medium meal with real coke
S: unsalted nuts and raisins, few squares of dark choc and one pack of fruit pastilles, apple.
1am snack: butter on white toast with compte cheese.
30 min walk to cinema and back.

Yesterday...

B- cup of tea and some toast
L- chicken, stuffing, veg, gravy
S- packet of crisps, glass of orange juice
D- Cream tea
S-Cheese straws.

brekkie: avocado toast & scrambled eggs 🥑
lunch: greek salad & 2 rice waffles with hummus 🥗
dinner: noodles with chicken, mushroom, prawns 🍤
snacks: dried figs, protein shake, slice of stollen
drinks: coffee, water, orange soda
today was not the best day, i'm pms'ing so very hungry! 😩

Breakfast - don't eat it.
Lunch - cheese and onion toastie.
Dinner - chicken salad.
Snacks - custard doughnut, two chocolate orange biscuits, banana and orange.
Drinks - lots of water and a glass of blackcurrant squash.

Breakfast - nature valley oat and dark chocolate bar
Lunch - chicken potatoes onions and peppers
Dinner - chicken tikka masala with brown rice
Snacks - oatcakes and cashew butter and a babybel
Drinks - water and a berry echinacea and camomile tea.
Exercise - 30 min circuits class and 1 hour walk

B- nuts and raisins and dark chocolate with fresh coffee
L= crisp sandwich with brown bread and butter, tomato, red onion and avacado salad, snickers.tea and water
Snack- orange and apple
Supper- left over homemade seafood curry that i dont really want but needs eating.
No exercise

Lunch: beans on toast and a glass of orange juice
Tea: spag bol
Snacks: a protein yoghurt which was bleeping vile so I binned it and had a packet of cheese and onion crisps instead 🥴😂
Other Drinks: tea and water
Exercise: 45 min walk with the pram

breakfast: avo toast & scrambled eggs, plus a few cookies with my coffee 🍪☕🫖
lunch: rice waffles with goat cheese & chicken breast + a big salted pickle 🥒
dinner: ordered a cheese pizza, only had 2 slices 🍕🍕
drinks: coffee, water, 1 glass of sprite, 1 strawberry & raspberry tea
snacks: hot chocolate with baileys ☕

L- crisps, st agar cheese and salad on half french stick and tea and 2 jaffa cakes
S- small portion fish and chips from chip shop.can of full fat coke

Snack - mr Kipling angel slice and some cashews

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs on two slices of toast
Lunch: Strawberry granola yogurt and an apple
Dinner: grilled chicken sandwich ( wasn’t that hungry)
Snacks: kinder bueno and a packet of salt and vinegar snack a jacks

Woke up feeling fat. Must have been all the salt etc in the fish and chips 🙄.

Anyway:
B- croissant with butter and marmalade and a few squares of dark choc and fruit and nuts. Fresh coffee with milk.
L- salad and blue cheese sandwich. A few crisps. Orange
Snack tea and snickers
S- Hello fresh prawn supper.
No exercise.

Brekkie: strawberries banana and Greek yogurt with honey
Lunch: salt and pepper chicken wrap with salad
Tea: some pepperoni pizza 🍕 and mozzarella sticks
Snacks: a wispa
Drinks: cappucino water and tea
Exercise: 45 min walk in the park then went the gym and did 30 min incline walk and 30 mins of weights
