lunch: chicken & rice ๐Ÿš
dinner: chef salad ๐Ÿฅ—
snacks: an orange ๐ŸŠ
drinks: coffee, water, probably a glass of wine in the evening ๐Ÿท

Iโ€™ve been so busy today and I had no food shopping in so Iโ€™ve basically picked all day..

A skinny cappuccino and egg muffin from Starbucks. Disgusting 0/10 do not recommend ๐Ÿคฃ
A banana
Some ham and 2 chicken wings
A grenade bar
Now Iโ€™m having chicken and prawn paella for tea. My fellas just came back from the shop with a galaxy for me to have with a cup of tea in a bit ๐Ÿ˜‹
Drank loads of water and a Diet Coke. Been for a 1 hour walk

S- chocolate eggs and some nuts, more water
D-Snacky bits like crisps, nuts etc and some wine

Havenโ€™t had any snacks but Iโ€™ll have a cuppa and a boss out in a bit. Just drank loads of water today. Havenโ€™t done any exercise but Iโ€™ve managed 8k steps
