Yesterday:
Lunch - Pret’s Tamari & Ginger Chicken Bowl
Dinner - katsu curry with a little bit of brown rice and salad

exercise: 5k run + 8k walking around

Hello, I'm new here. I hope I can join the thread. I've some weight to lose and I think keeping track will help.

Breakfast: Cheese toastie with olive bread, tea
Lunch: Ordered chicken veggie wrap and chips with a small side salad.

I need to do some shopping for dinner, I'll get a bunch of veggies and make an easy soup. My lunch looks rather large in portion so I want to go easy on myself with dinner. No snacks yet.
Veggie soup for dinner, and yogurt with chopped apple and hazelnuts for dessert. 20 minutes walk.

Dinner - Japanese chicken stir fry - disappointing 😭

coffee w/ vanilla almond coffee creamer . sugar x 2
mcdouble w/ approx 67 pickles and mayo . fries. caramel iced coffee
smothered porkchop. peas. broccoli w/ butter and italian shredded cheeses.
revello popsicle.
handful mini oreos
 
Breakfast - Costa Oat latte and blueberries
Dinner - Tomato soup and a brown roll
Tea - Scouse and two slices of bread
Snack - Small Dairy Milk Easter egg
Excercise - Just my standard daily steps

B - marmalade on toast and a tea with oat milk
L - homemade beans on an everything bagel
D - lazy vegan chicken tikka masala and rice. Alpro pistachio mousse

snacks - vegan babybel, some liquorice, a bit of HiP salted caramel chocolate

first day of period + tight calves from hell = only just about managed a 10 minute walk at lunchtime in the lovely sun.

b: protein oats - lots of toppings today, maple syrup, walnuts, hempseeds + berries
l: prawns, couscous, mixed seeds, lettuce, sundried tomatoes + green beans
d: baked potato with smoked bacon + bbq baked beans
s: 1/2 pb oatmeal and raisin cookie

2+L of water, 10km steps + lilly sabri workouts :)

American style sausage sandwich and chips/salad
Popcorn

30 minute spin

Yesterday
Breakfast: Porridge with nut butter and blueberries
Lunch: Mixed salad with a poached egg on top, a couple of wheat crackers
Snack: A few hazelnuts
Dinner: Tuna pasta, yoghurt with nut butter and blueberries for dessert

I drank about 1.5L water and a few cups of tea (decaf earl grey and then Pukka's Relax tea with fennel and chamomile before bed). 20 minutes walk and a short leslie sansone walking workout.

not been too well so just focusing on getting my steps in, ending the day on 10.4k :)

I’ve had really severe pregnancy sickness so I haven’t been eating properly at all. I haven’t wanted to comment as it may be triggering. Hopefully I’ll be back soon. Hope you’re all well ❤

same here. well , i am not pregnant but i am not eating well due to anxiety so havent wanted to post . doing better past couple days so soon hopefully. hope you are feeling better soon - morning sickness sucks - i had it so bad i had to take meds that made me sleepy - literally slept all day and survived on whoppers with cheese, sour skittles and very large slurpees.

I’ve only been posting main meal on what I have for dinner thread because I’m not eating much during the day, usually a smoothie and chicken so very boring!

Ahh hope you feel better soon ❤ yes I’m on meds too I’ve been in hospital with it it’s awful I’m hoping it eases the further along I get

B - coffee w/ sugar and hazelnut almond milk creamer x 2
L - Dino nuggets :ROFLMAO: crinkle fries and ketchup ( kid home for lunch)
D- BBQ cheeseburger on brioche bun w/ mayo . no pickles because the pickles I purchased are so blah and not dill-y at all that they should be called sliced cucumbers in a jar. abomination to the delicacy that is a dill pickle .
lots of water
few foiled wrapped choc easter eggs
 
B -peanut butter toast and a protein smoothie
L - roasted veggie and chicken salad
s- apple and grape snack bag
T - chicken chow mein
s- homemade rice krispy squares!

After weeks of utter garbage-

Breakfast: Sourdough cheesy toast with heirloom tomatoes
Snack: Some raw nuts and a few raisins
Lunch will be roasted veggies (I have much appetite for lunch at work) and dinner will be a small portion of pasta. I might snack on some homemade popcorn afterwards. Cups of green tea through the day. 30 minute walk in the morning.

Right guys happy new year!
I’m now 12 weeks pp after a horrendous HG pregnancy and given it’s a new year I’m ready to return to normality 😂 so going to reignite this thread to keep me on track

today:
2 x cappucinos made in the dolce gusto, a vitamin C and zinc effervescent drink
A banana

Tuna sweetcorn wrap with salad

Chicken curry with rice, 2 small poppadoms and chutney

2 cans of Diet Coke, loads of water and I’ll have a cup of tea later with a couple of chocolate fingers

Lunch: chilli con carne and crispy baby potatoes with garlic and cheese
Dinner: noodles
Drinks: water & revive active zest
Snacks: babybel & packet of monster munch

Breakfast - Orange juice and a Nespresso
Dinner - Porridge and a glass of water
Tea - Chicken and mushroom pie with a side of broccoli
Snacks - Skinny latte from Pret and a few After Eight Mints
Exercise - None, first day back after Xmas break has tired me out too much 🙈

Can’t wait to do my food shop tomorrow and get real food back in the house, not loads of random buffet bits!
