Lunch: Greek yoghurt with honey, with apple & raisins and a Cadbury brunch bar
Dinner: smoky bbq chicken fajitas
Snacks: got some M&S chocolate covered pretzels

2l of water
Not recorded any exercise but have done 12,969 steps.

Yesterday.. god I ate loads 🤣
Brekkie: a vanilla cappuccino, peanut butter and banana on toast with honey and cinnamon
Lunch: small bowl of spaghetti with pesto, Quorn pieces, broccoli, mushrooms, spinach and tomatoes
Tea: salmon with tenderstem broccoli and sweet potato
Snacks: 2 bloody bowls of coco pops, 2 chocolate round biscuits and 2 spoonfuls of Nutella 😩😩😩🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m defo craving chocolate which is not good ha

did 20 mins of yoga and went for 2 walks (11k steps)

L: pumpkin soup with toasted sourdough bread + vegan chicken nuggets & lots of water
S: tea, peppermint tea, persimmon, piece of banana apple cake, 1 mini mars bar
D: one pot pasta with all the veggies

Yesterday..
Brekkie: banana peanut butter and spinach smoothie
Lunch: mackerel salad
Tea: homemade veg soup and some cheese on toast
Snacks: grapes and a choc orange skinny bar
Drinks: water, tea and 2 lattes
Exercise: 3 mile run and a 2 mile walk

B- nuts and raisins and dark chocolate with fresh coffee
L= crisp sandwich with brown bread and butter, tomato, red onion and avacado salad, snickers.tea and water
Snack- orange and apple
Supper- left over homemade seafood curry that i dont really want but needs eating.
No exercise

B - egg bacon and cheese muffins
L - sandwiches at work function and a mini Victoria sponge and lemon drizzle 🙄
D - pesto pasta with chicken thigh and mozzarella salad
S - chocolate roulade
E - nothing! 6000 steps
Keto was absolutely hoyed out the window yesterday 😂
Today
B - Keto bread and low carb sausages
L - bacon egg and cheese muffins
D - unknown as away with work, going to try and co from myself lol
E - 30 minute spin

breakfast: a scrambled egg and a berry/banana smoothie + coffee
lunch: family lunch, mum is making prawn risotto & carrot cake for dessert
snack: there probably won't be one because of the cake 🍰
dinner: leftover veggie fajitas from last night, no chicken left but plenty of veg
drinks: just coffee and water, going to a pub quiz tonight so maybe a glass of wine

My plan for today is..
Brekkie which I’ve obv already had: a cappucino with weetabix honey and banana
Lunch: a bagel with poached egg mushrooms and spinach
Tea: going out for a Chinese I’ll prob have crispy chili beef with boiled rice and salt and pepper chips
Snacks: an actimel, a tangerine and a brioche if I’m still hungry
Exercise: done a 30 min kettlebell workout and if the rain stops I’ll go for a 2 mile walk at lunchtime

Lunch- Carrot soup
Snack- Couple of biscuits
Dinner- Spanakopita

Lunch - chicken, potatoes, onions & peppers
Dinner - chicken fried rice & prawn crackers with mayflower curry
Snack - mr Kipling angel slice and some cashews
Drink - water and berry, echinacea and camomile tea
Exercise- 30 min circuits class and 1 hour walk

Snack- carrots, apple, orange, 5 m&s dark chocolate peach jaffa cakes (amazing)

Oh this is amazing for accountability!

Yesterday- terrible but was camping and hiking.
breakfast- A bacon and egg roll cooked on the campfire
lunch- A peach on the 15km hike we did, and a small Daim chocolate bar
dinner- when we finally got home, heaps and heaps of pizza, a gin and tonic with a local chamomile gin, and some terry's chocolate orange.

I feel fine about that days eating when you factor in a 15km hike in extreme heat.

Today back at work and back on track, nothing yet. Will probably have a coffee and some muesli with peaches later, I'm working from home today.
