What I eat in a day #2 WIEIAD

Omg it’s so easy yano. Go on TikTok and search Boursin pasta loads come up. Only takes 20 mins! I sometimes add leftover chicken (like tonight) but it doesn’t need it x
I know I keep seeing it 😍 My partner won’t eat tomato’s and the videos I keep seeing have them in, but I’ve told him to fend for himself tomorrow. I need to make this!

B: Caramel coffees + hazelnut milk x2
handful of pistachios
4 bread crackers and nutella
goat cheese on whole wheat x2
S: pistachios and an apple
*unless specified otherwise I drink a lot of water
L: greek salad
D: pesto pasta with garlic, cheddar and garlic+3 pieces of broccoli
Will finish off the day with water, and a green tea if I need something else.
E: 1 hour of cardio.

B: oats with water, frozen strawberries, nutella, chia/flaxseed
L: spinach and feta pastry triangle
D: I have some tuna defrosted so was going to attempt a poke bowl of some sort or eat some roast bits

S: a bit of cheese, a roast potato, some buttered carrots (i was making a roast dinner for someone else so picking at bits as it's coming out of the oven)

Exercise - 30min weights, 30 min crosstrainer
A green tea and 1 glass of water - really need to drink some more!
 
Brekkie: peanut butter on toast and a cup of tea
Lunch: quorn pieces, tenderstem broccoli, spinach and cauli rice with soy sauce, chili and honey
Tea: homemade Nando’s.. chicken and halloumi wrap, salad, sweet potato wedges, corn on the cob and a bit of hummus
Snacks: pack of cheese and onion walkers and grapes
Drinks: coffee with oat milk, tea, a can of Fanta zero and water
Exercise: 3.5 mile run and a 2 mile walk. On 13k odd steps so far today. Don’t think I’ll do much more tbh I’m shattered 🤣

B: orange juice, black coffee and a handful of mixed nuts
L: vegetable noodle stir fry with tahini and peanut butter sauce
S: tea, peppermint tea, date cake
D: creamy leek pasta

Having Chinese tonight and can’t wait! Will be adding properly again from tomorrow when I’m a bit more in control of the menu 😁

B/ same porridge with golden syrup as the rest of the week and a coffee.
L/ vegan cheese and pickle sandwich
D/ Wagamama to celebrate finishing work for a long weekend off 😀

Breakfast - coffee, orange juice, choc fibre one bar
Dinner - Chicken satay, mini cheddars and a cold coffee
Tea - Chicken, noodles and veggies and a Fanta zero

Excercise - Just steps on my lunch

Breakfast - Nutri Grain bar and muller yogurt
Dinner - broccoli and Stilton soup, pineapple and some trail mix
Tea - sea bass, lemon and mascarpone ravioli
Snack - cheddar cheese, pickles and beetroot crackers

Lunch - bowl of celeriac soup
Dinner - (Nando’s) half a boneless chicken platter with a handful of chips, peas and broccoli
Snacks - a small slice of birthday cake
2 litres of water, 1 breakfast tea and 1 decaf tea

Swam 650m and walked 15k

B: coffee and a pan au chocolat
L: flat bread with tzatziki, falafel, roasted Chipotle sweet potato and Spinach.
D: Will be M&s ravioli ready meal and some salad.
Lots of ribena drunk throughout the day (cant drink water at the mo as my sleeping tablets make it taste minging 🤣)
S: millionaire shortbread and a cup of tea

Tea - The fella from Botan kebab shops messaged me asking why I haven't been in 😂 so gonna try and be healthy and get a chicken wrap or the like

Yesterday…

I had 3 biscuits the whole day I was so busy! 2 vienesse fingers and a chocolate bourbon 😂
tea: we ordered Thai I had this thing called drunken noodle and it was spicy rice noodles with loads of veg and chicken. 2 spring rolls and 2 prawn toast
Snack: 2 strips of some milka oreo

a mocha, 2 teas, a milky coffee, 2l of water and a can of cream soda

B-A bowl of Porridge oats with semi skimmed milk and a cup of tea
S- Aldi mars bar and a packet of crisps
L-tuna on crackers and a glass of cordial
D- is going to be Chicken with veg and mash potato.

Breakfast: 2 pieces of granary toast with peanut butter and a large coffee
Lunch: A piece of red onion tart with a sweet potato, carrot and tomato salad and a small portion of rocky road
Dinner will be a pesto pasta bake and lots of some white wine

B: a huge white roll with sausages, hashbrowns, turkey bacon, a fried egg, lurpak and ketchup 😋 👌
L: the last feta and semi dried tomato pasty triangle (my daughter saved for me from her packed lunch this morning ❤)
D: planning steak with peppercorn sauce (with mushrooms added to my portion), double baked potatoes with cheddar and chives and buttered cabbage

Day off today, barely had any liquids but craving a cold can of fizzy 😩. Its also day 1 of the dreaded cycle so going to meal prep for the weekend as I can see it going downhill already!

Dinner- leftover chicken and chorizo pasta
Tea- 2 gf pittas with chicken and salad in
snacks- plum, some fizzy sweets, a babybel
