ngl today was possibly a perfect day for me
b: pbj protein smoothie
l: quinoa, veg + egg salad
t: orange chicken rice bowl
s: cashew butter rice cake, an apple + some dark chocolate

steps: 9500
workout: 45 min lower body + abs on the Form app😇

1 poached egg and bacon, sourdough toast
Chicken salad with heck nuggets and satay sauce
Chicken kaarage Bento meal from Gousto 😋

Trying to increase steps so stomped around the house for like an hour to get 8000 steps and also did a 30 minute spin class

Not the best day!

Skipped breakfast
Chilli tofu and rice for lunch
7 x mini spring rolls for snack
Sausages and mash with onion gravy for dinner
Sponge cake for dessert

2pm - almond milk cappuccino

5pm - iced latte

9pm - vegan macaroni cheese bites, hummus. Strawberry yoghurt

Lots of water and watered down juice

Exercise = 45 min cross fit workout

Dinner wasn’t particularly nice so only ate a bit of it. I wasn’t even hungry so could probably have just not bothered.

Yesterday:

B- Whole wheat toast, one fried egg, tsp peanut butter, tea
L- Grilled chicken breast and green salad
D- Grilled chicken again, braised swiss chard, tomato pasta.
S- A few prunes and biscuits after dinner. Tea and water for drink.

30 min walk.

This morning:
B- 2 egg omelette, parsley, cherry tomatoes, cottage cheese, slice of white toast and a thumb size bagel, tsp honey, tea
L- It'll be leftover braised chards. Breakfast was a bit too rich so I'll keep it light, I feel like I need a nap 😴

Did 40 minutes of Get Fit With Rick today. ☺

Yesterday..
Brekkie: 2 scotch pancakes, bit of syrup strawberries and blueberries
Lunch: tuna pasta with sweetcorn
Tea: sea bass, crispy potatoes and green beans
Snacks: an actimel, a pack of prawn cocktail crisps and a square of mini eggs chocolate
Exercise: 25 min HIIT and 3.7 miles of walking

Planned my meals for today:
B: Coffee and a banana if I’m hungry before lunch
L: Salad with tomatoes, cucumber and pepper plus one of those Greek salad pots from M&S with some herbed chicken breast and a Wholemeal seeded pitta bread
D: I’m off out for dinner tonight to a Japanese restaurant. Will most likely have a ramen, as that’s my favourite!

workout: 35 min upper body with sami clarke🤍

My plan for today is..
Brekkie which I’ve obv already had: a cappucino with weetabix honey and banana
Lunch: a bagel with poached egg mushrooms and spinach
Tea: going out for a Chinese I’ll prob have crispy chili beef with boiled rice and salt and pepper chips
Snacks: an actimel, a tangerine and a brioche if I’m still hungry
Exercise: done a 30 min kettlebell workout and if the rain stops I’ll go for a 2 mile walk at lunchtime

Yesterday
B- Porridge, with strawberries and a teaspoon of peanut butter on top. I also added a few crushed walnuts for crunch.
L- 4 meatballs, cherry tomatoes, a green pepper, some shredded carrots and a tiny container of yogurt.
D- The last of my pumpkin soup, with some croutons and mint.
Dessert/snack- A small bowl of yogurt, some sweet granola with dark chocolate and strawberries. Then I got peckish later in the night and had some of the same granola with milk. Should have gone without it, it ended up being too much 😔

Wednesday:
b - coffee w/ sugar and vanilla almond silk creamer x 2 . plain bagel toasted with butter. ( was a crap bagel shaped bread )
l-hot chocolate. couple mini oreos
d- Broccoli cheese.
lots of water .

might have some dark chocolate later too

7k steps, 40 min workout & way too much water🤣

Breakfast: I had apple and blueberry porridge with a vanilla late

Dinner: Grabbed a greggs, had a chicken oval bite and lucozade orange sport.

Tea: planning on having some sushi, nothing fancy, grabbed some of the “special” stuff from aldi, not the best but not the worse!

I’ll probably snack on some grab bag of chocolate after tea too.

b - 2 scrambled eggs. coffee w/ sugar and hazelnut almond cream
s- marble cheddar
l - 1 soft chicken taco with some interesting corn salsa and not nearly enough guac . absolutely no cheese which was weird. couple fries
d- taco salad
s- chocolate popsicle

B- Egg on toast, a couple cherry tomatoes, tea
L- Beef stew, pepper salad, roast potatoes
D- Cheese toastie, tea
S- Green apple slices with peanut butter and a little cocoa powder on top.
Plenty of herbal tea.

Maybe 20-30 minutes walk, tops. Coming down with a cold, can't be arsed to move much.
