What I eat in a day #2 WIEIAD

Brekkie: weetabix honey and banana (I’m so boring 😂)
Lunch: crispy chicken pieces, bacon, lettuce, tomato, bbq sauce and mozzarella in a wrap. Handful of grapes
Tea: Chinese curry with boiled rice and naan bread
Snacks: pack of skips and a cherry bakewell
Drinks: water, cappuccino and a hot choc
Exercise: 5 miles of walking (11k steps) and 30 min HIIT

b: protein oats, greek yogurt, berries + seeds
l: quinoa, veggies + poached egg
t: grilled ciabatta + shared mezze board!
s: dark chocolate, pb on a rice cake and some fruit!
8k steps
15 min upper body + 12 min abs😎

Yesterday…

No breakie
Morning snack - bowl of grapes
lunch- ham sandwich with a packet of frazzles
Tea - lasagne with a side salad
Snack - crispy m&m’s and a couple of tropical skittles

2l water + can of cherry coke

Monday 08
b- coffee w/ sugar and hazelnut almond creamer x 2 . Toasted Montreal style everything bagel w/ butter
s - peppermint tea
l- water. tortilla w/ taco seasoned beef / tex mex shredded cheese and sour cream
d- rainbow birthday cake and death by chocolate ice-cream
s- BBQ potato chips .

stomach was in agony all night . vegetable life for me today.

B - banana
L - two rye crispbread with ham & cheese and light Mayo
D - KFC rice box
A - Aldi mini cookies, safari snacks, chunky bar, Aldi dip it
Drinks - 3 litres water, 1 latte, 4coffee w semi skimmed milk at work and 1 tea in the evening

Lunch: medium quarter pounder meal with fries and a Diet Coke
Just had a big bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes with ice cold milk
Had a banana and a mocha earlier and drank loads of water
Walked just under 20k steps today!!! Went for 2 long walks as I had a day off and spent 2 hours spring cleaning the house

Breakie: 2 slices of toast with butter
Lunch: salt & pepper chicken breast with a rainbow salad - lettuce, red and yellow peppers, cucumber and sweetcorn
Tea: chicken casserole, with carrots, swede, potatoes and cabbage. With warm crusty bread for dipping
Snacks - a Lidl bakery chocolate brownie and a hazelnut doughnut

2l of water, can of cherry coke and a cup of tea

oh and I done a 15 min HIIT work out

Congratulations @Blair-Waldorf !

Yesterday:
B- Porridge with apple, peanut butter and walnuts.
L- An enormous fried chicken sandwich.
D- Lunch was so big, I wasn't hungry for the rest of the day. I had half a slice of wholegrain toast with a little peanut butter, and tea. No snacks.

Herbal tea and water all day long.

plan for today:
b: already had it - I was influenced by @Blair-Waldorf (congrats on your pregnancy!) and had weetabix with banana and honey + some sunflower seeds
l: veggie and tofu stir fry
d: the Jennifer Aniston salad

exercise: a dance class if I can make it out of work on time

Tea: prepped spicy sausage pasta bake which I’ll have a small bowl of with some spinach and garlic bread
Snacks: haven’t had any yet but gonna have some strawberries and Nutella later with a cuppa
Drinks: water, can of coke and a cappuccino
Exercise: 30 min strength training and a 2 mile lunch walk

I had a sick day off work and of course any structured meal time was out the window.

B- Egg on toast, some cucumbers on the side, tea.
S- Two wasa crackers with peanut butter on top
S/L- Cucumber and pepper salad
S/L- Soup
S- Half an apple, sliced with peanut butter on top
S- Toast and some string cheese.

Cups of tea all day long, barely any water apart from when I took some ibuprofen. Barely moved apart from going to the kitchen and the bathroom.

That's like six main-ish meals lol, I was snacking all day long. I'm still super tired but I'll drag myself back to work tomorrow, hopefully I'll feel better in the morning and that'll mean I won't have a fridge to raid ten steps away from me at all times.

Open steak sandwich and chips from Gousto and good grief it was great 🤣

No exercise, work is crazy right now 😓

Yesterday.. god I ate loads 🤣
Brekkie: a vanilla cappuccino, peanut butter and banana on toast with honey and cinnamon
Lunch: small bowl of spaghetti with pesto, Quorn pieces, broccoli, mushrooms, spinach and tomatoes
Tea: salmon with tenderstem broccoli and sweet potato
Snacks: 2 bloody bowls of coco pops, 2 chocolate round biscuits and 2 spoonfuls of Nutella 😩😩😩🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m defo craving chocolate which is not good ha

did 20 mins of yoga and went for 2 walks (11k steps)
