Breakfast- Whole wheat toast, 1 egg, a couple cherry tomatoes
Lunch- Meatballs, a couple cherry tomatoes, some parsley, whole wheat toast, a table spoon of mayo, a few walnuts and a table spoon-ish dried berries
Dinner- veggie meatballs, a slice of leftover pizza, and because I had dinner at like 5.30 pm, I'm also having a bowl of yogurt with a tiny apple chopped into it, with some raw oatmeal and tsp of peanut butter on top. I was worried I'd be famished by bedtime if I didn't wrap the meal up with something else.

Glad I didn't give into my impulse of reaching for the ginger biscuits. I kind of still want some but I'll have a cup of cinnamon green tea and see if I'm actually craving it or if it's just my mouth feeling lonely 😂

s: rice cake and cashew butter
t: takeaway chicken chow mein😎

might have some dark chocolate later too

7k steps, 40 min workout & way too much water🤣

Dinner - Mexican rice with chicken
Snacks - nut butter on oatcakes
Drinks - passionfruit green tea and water
Exercise - 1 hour walk

Yesterday was bad 😂
Breakfast: toast with biscoff spread and a banana
Lunch: baguette with butter and salt and some mozzarella on the side
Then went to a friend for a cup of tea but we ended up drinking a bottle of champagne, had macarons with it and some crackers with dips. Got home drunk lol
Dinner: pasta with creamy sauce and mushrooms
Late night snack: chocolate pretzels
Exercise: 45 minute bike ride

Yay new thread! Dropped off for a couple of days because I had a super busy weekend but all my food was great lol

Would people want a what I eat on holiday all inclusive? I’m going tomorrow and best know I’m going to town everyday 😂

B - sausage baguette
Probably won’t have lunch today
D - ravioli bolognese bake, millionaire brownie tray bake during bake off
E - just walking today

Brekkie: an apple and a cappuccino
Lunch: beans on toast and a glass of orange juice
Tea: spag bol
Snacks: a protein yoghurt which was fucking vile so I binned it and had a packet of cheese and onion crisps instead 🥴😂
Other Drinks: tea and water
Exercise: 45 min walk with the pram

Brekkie: Greek yogurt honey and strawberries with a cappuccino
Lunch: tuna Mayo salad wrap and a packet of prawn cocktail
Tea: scouse crusty bread and red cabbage 😋
Drinks: water and a cup of tea
Snacks: banana and a chocolate protein pudding
Exercise: 4mile pram walk

Breakfast - nature valley oat and dark chocolate bar
Lunch - chicken potatoes onions and peppers
Dinner - chicken tikka masala with brown rice
Snacks - oatcakes and cashew butter and a babybel
Drinks - water and a berry echinacea and camomile tea.
Exercise - 30 min circuits class and 1 hour walk

Yesterday.. not the best day for me I’ve had bad PMS 😩 I try and be good through the week but I just went with what I fancied

Brekkie: weetabix banana and honey (my go to weekday brekkie lately) and a cup of tea
Lunch: chicken, bacon, spinach, mozzarella and bbq sauce on a wrap with 2 packets of prawn cocktail crisps. Can of Fanta zero
Snack: cuppa and some Oreo chocolate biscuits. Grapes
Tea: corn beef hash with cheese and Lea and perrins on top, bread and butter. Proper comfort food. A chunk of toblerone. A glass of Pinot blush
Exercise: 25 min kettlebell workout and 5 miles of walking (12k steps)

Yesterday
Breakfast - poached eggs on brown toast
Dinner - little buffet at a birthday party with my son
Tea - salt and pepper sui mai, prawn toast and a chicken chow mien from the chinese 🤤
Snacks - quavers
Drinks - 2 diet cokes, a mock tail and water

a gel while running
dinner: bacon and egg butty

i also ran a half marathon yesterday lol :)

Right!!!!! I’ve had a busy couple of months with one thing and another, but I’m back and going to write here every day to keep me on track. So yesterday:

Brekkie: half a bagel with butter and an actimel
Lunch: small bowl of sausage pasta bake
Snack: couple of crackers with Wensleydale and red onion chutney, grapes
Tea: chicken roast, a glass of red wine then a piece of choc brownie
Had a cup of tea and water throughout the day
Exercise: 60 min hot yoga class and 8k steps

dinner: chicken filet, potatoes & broccoli 🥦

lunch: chicken & rice 🍚
dinner: chef salad 🥗
snacks: an orange 🍊
drinks: coffee, water, probably a glass of wine in the evening 🍷

B: white bagel toasted with butter and honey all melty yum.
Snack: coffee and 2 dark choc digestives
L : mcCrispy medium meal with real coke
S: unsalted nuts and raisins, few squares of dark choc and one pack of fruit pastilles, apple.
1am snack: butter on white toast with compte cheese.
30 min walk to cinema and back.

Dinner: peri peri chicken, corn, spicy rice & chips with Nando’s sauce (Nando’s fakeaway)

Drinks: water and passionfruit green tea
Exercise: 1 hour walk

Woke up feeling fat. Must have been all the salt etc in the fish and chips 🙄.

Anyway:
B- croissant with butter and marmalade and a few squares of dark choc and fruit and nuts. Fresh coffee with milk.
L- salad and blue cheese sandwich. A few crisps. Orange
Snack tea and snickers
S- Hello fresh prawn supper.
No exercise.
