I'm been keeping low in terms of my numbers until I felt a bit better in what I was doing. I have settled into 5:2 quite well and hope to continue until at least June if not hopefully target but I am trying not to see to far ahead as it sets me back. I 'restarted' on the 6th April, so I am on weigh in 2 and down 6.2lbs. I am very chuffed as it was also my time of the month last week.
Week 1: - 4.2Lbs
Week 2: - 2lbs
Target one is 14 st 7 and I have 2.7lbs to go! Taking it half a stone at a time.
