let’s not spam this thread with stuff about JG. i’m sure you will be able to create a new thread soon enough.

in football news; it’s looking more likely than not that Messi will join PSG. the thought of him, neymar and mbappe together is nuts. that’s a lethal front three. surely they’ll become the main challengers for the UCL? i’d get your bets on now before they fully sign him! odds will be better right now

If this happens I will be 100% booking a break in Paris - would be amazing to see those three together.

I stopped watching the JG thread, it moves way too fast for me to keep up and it was getting a bit obsessive imo. I might read the last one for the lols though!

I hope you lot don't mind me asking some questions. I know nothing about football, or WAGS but I have insomnia and so ended up on this thread when I had finished all my usual threads, and starting to get a wee bit involved.

1) who is this man? He looks like Dominic Monaghan when he was in Hetty Wainthrope Investigates.

2) any gossip on Kevin De Bruyne?

that's james maddison - he's an attacking midfielder and plays for Leicester - can't stand the kid. no gossip on KDB as far as I know! he seems like a lovely guy.

I had to take some time off the JG thread yesterday, it was getting too much 😂 hopefully it will be unlocked soon though!

Not sure how it will work tbh. It gives me 2000s era Real Madrid gallactico vibes. PSG would be better getting rid of one of Mbappe or Neymar or they risk carrying three players when they don’t have the ball.

KdB always seems like such a nice guy. He's looking like gonna be out for a while I think tho, been to see a specialist in Barcelona for a scan.

The doctor he visited, Ramón Cugat, is one of the best traumatology experts in Spain. I know he has operated a lot of players from La Liga, quite a lot from Barcelona, so Guardiola and the medical team at City might have recommended him. Hopefully, he can get the treatment he needs and recover soon.

The only thing I know about his private life is that scandal that happened many years ago when he cheated on his girlfriend, and then she slept with Courtois as revenge.

Without having to visit the new Man City Players thread, what exactly goes on over there? It sounds like a absolute car wreck, much like it's subject.

Lots on Twitter reckon nobody will show up to Jacks event later on at the Etihad due to the timing etc but I think they might be surprised..
