I find it interesting that you can get out of it by ‘partnering’ with another agent, I wonder how many will do that. Also I don’t think they’ve said what happens if you don’t take the exam
They wont be able to continue as an agent. They have to take the exam unless they are a legacy agent. Two attempts to take the exam and if you fail you are out. New regs coming from the 1st October
Will be interesting to see how the agents get on who are family members or hangers on etc like Rashfords brother Dane and Harry Hickford.
Oh I didn't know they could get round it like that. Surely that makes it complicated with fees? But maybe they're partners in name only?
They can resit in September but if they fail that then they can't represent the players

Was going to say as they have the "fit and proper person" test for owners they should have the same for agents. But the owners test was pretty useless, might be getting better now.

I don’t know who Ox’s agent is now but he had the same agent as Sterling and he and his agency got charged with breaching FA rules last year, most of the ones who aren’t even clingers on/family members are still dodgy af.

Danny Welbeck’s brother Wayne is an agent as well, not sure if he represents his brother or not?
