The whole jump from the blunt message about nuts to her stupid pocket knives comment is utterly ridiculous
The message was pointless but the sender probably had some kind of experience with kids and nuts but it did not warrant her stupid

Honestly she’s a bleeping idiot, carried on about being “glutened” but can’t have some empathy for kids and nuts
She makes a fuss about the most pointless messages she receives and claims all these replies in support when we know she would post way more than 2 if she actually got one
She seems like the kind of mum who would send nut food to a class with allergy kids and complain on mumsnet that it’s not fair that her knoxxxxxxxyyyyy can’t have his Nutella just because some parents can’t teach their allergy kids to stay away from nuts

I have a friend with a relatively large following on social media and she tells me that every time she posts anything, she inevitably gets a whole bunch of obvious/tedious messages from followers but that’s the nature of the game. You just ignore most of it. Btw she has 25K followers but receives waaaaaay more engagement than old Sez and seems to know how to work her “content” properly.
Her outrage was over the top and embarrassing but not unexpected... she'll do anything to try and drum up some engagement.
She could’ve just been like ‘don’t worry guys, this was actually made to be given to _____, but this is a good time to remind everyone that most schools and daycares are nut free, so keep that in mind if you have chosen to gift students or teachers something this festive season’.
