What about concentrating on structural issues with the outside or how about the ceiling that and bedrooms that may collapse over grand salon where it’s been 2 years now? Today's Patreon video, with a summary underneath the thumbnail.
- Patron's names on grand salon panelling: as soon as the grand salon panelling goes in. Next stage is changing the beams. This week an engineer will visit to create a report on what is needed. Then the chapel restorers will give her a quote based on this report. When that is done, Amaury will do his work. Has already made a lot of the framing. She is not sure what to make the spineless man do first: the grand salon or chambre perse and chambre des oiseaux.
- Facade: if going back in time, would she do the facade first instead of the interior project. She claims no money for the facade back then whereas the interior projects were needed to be able to live there. She really wants to do the facade, but the structural problems with the grand salon and chapel stopped her from being able to. Claims having the facade done will be a moral boost for everyone.
- Heating: the animal abuser and the con woman are tough and have electric blankets, so don't care they're freezing. Amaury did tell them, that when they were away recently, his farmhouse bedroom was 2°C/35,6°F.
- Every BnB visitor is a vlog watcher. Viewer's partners are apparantly often bewildered but warm up to the experience during their stay. No longer on Booking.com because it was too weird for non-viewers to be amongst sycophants. A French dub of Chateau DIY is broadcasted in France, so now also new visitors from France.
- Davey: she doesn't know when Davey wil be back at the chateau, but will see him at Chelsea.
- Fountain @ English garden: the chapel restorers are looking at what needs doing and will give a quote for putting it in.
- YouTube intro: took it out due to algorithm - it being skipped would have negative effect.
- Budget chapel vs lake or interior projects: highest priority due to it having structural problems (vault could have collapsed at any point). Not creating any more BnB rooms, as then they would be considered a hotel with corresponding regulations. Grand salon also highest priority due to structural shit.
- Who the f*ck is Gerry: spins the same old tale that Gerry often sat outside the nursing home where his mother worked, and then daddy Derek put him to work and they both adored each other. When the con clan moved to England, Gerry followed them.
- Daddy's porn tiles: the kitchen needs some redoing/streamlining. New bigger fridge will be placed along the wall where the ovens are and a wall needs to be moved. They don't know yet hove much space will be left for the porn tiles, so that little project is on hold. Depends on Amaury, but he will do the arriere cuisine before moving onto the kitchen.
- Salvaging chambre Perse's wallpaper: they don't know yet. The people that are going to do the paintwork on the chapel, will have a look at chambre perse to assess the work that needs doing to its walls. The wallpaper probs will be lost. Perhaps they will digitise it and recreate, or save what can be saved behind glass and put other wallpaper on top plus insulation (which she hasn't done in other rooms - insulation). She blabbered on about the wallpaper - I zoned out, sorry.
- Soundproofing grand salon: when steel beams are put in, they will soundproof it. The entire farmhouse is super noisy.
- Future fundraisers: no new one planned yet, but is looking into merchandise. She wants people to receive something for donating, such as the adopt a star.
- Handyman: the camerashy handyman is still working at the farmhouse, and often works together with Kirsty - currently on the new chicken coop.
- Gazebo: will be revealed probs end of Feb when Chateau DIY has been broadcast.
- Library: will be in the winter salon.
- Cluckingham Palace: Kirsty and the hidden handyman will be working on it, not every part has been ordered yet, will happen soon.
- Shutters: the shutters on the old part of the farmhouse will be replaced with internal shutters by Amaury. First the facade. Will also redo windows and put double glazed ones in. Balconies: the little juliet balcony will be put on one of the gites. There will not be a balcony at the front of the farmhouse.
- Terrace: waiting for the quote and then the work will go ahead.
- Swimming pond and lake: she has permission now for the pond, but is not going ahead with it just yet, as she wants to finish other projects first ().
Thank you EVERYONE for the love. Hospitals in my area of the Uk ( and others too) are so short staffed and the one I was admitted to had a Covid outbreak and also flu. Lots of staff off sick.

Why why why paint (awful calamine lotion colour and after spendng all that time chosing it too) the walls when it's evident there's a damp problem. The grift will have to up it's game now as obviously a roof problem. Surely the penny must begin to drop with folk now that money is not being used where it should be. This will be yet another uncompleted 'project'. Woodworm? Termites?
As for the electrics in that room. Just goes to show that who building is one half arsed, typical done on a budget bodge job and now she's paying the price for it.

A friend hacked into PhiPhi's laptop and snagged the new design that's been submitted to the Mairie.

The construction company probably will assign sebastian and his buddy to the grand salon after the structural work on the chapel and fountain is done. The structural work for the chapel I estimate to be finished by next week Tuesday. The fountain will take about 2 weeks. So first week of March the grand salon work will start. (If Fanny is not postpone it to end of B&B season) However the construction company needs to assign people for the terrace too.
At the moment she has enough funds to ask construction company to work on the grand salon + terrace + fountain simultaneously. I think with the amount of 'renovations', engineers, Annmarie and architect showing in her flogs the last week, she feels the heat to gain new followers + new patreons. Especially since Dan (almost) has single handedly, cleared meters deep dirt, installed 3/4 floors, a partial roof, worked on his patch of forrest, installed some trees between him and neighbour, started doing the swimming pool on less patreon monies.
Also, she releases the payment in installments, so when the work on st Josesph fresco starts (she already had the funds to this one) she pays 32000K) 10% upfront, which is a mere monthly patreon amount. She claimed that the whole chapel murals will finish by the end of autumn 6×30k = 180K + 220k (adopt a star)=400K.
She has not only have the money to completely finish the chapel, she has also have at least 380K in patreon monies not used for shit since december 2022.
Who needs the accountant if we can figure out her accounts anyway.

I find it incredibly strange that her trips consist of going somewhere with tons to do and she mainly cares about the eating and the hotel room. No pop concerts, no sporting events, no festivals really unless for shopping, no big parties at friends. She says it’s a break but she’s already on break 24-7. She needs a break from her break?
All I know is that if I found out @ComtesseRose is actually Fanny, I’d have to take to my bedchamber and draw the drapes. I’d lose all faith in humanity!
I've never decided on a color before trying it on different walls in the room and seeing the results in different light. You can buy small cans of paint samples and don't have to buy the big bucket straight away. But the two choose color based on a 2 x 2 cm color sample. Very professional... NOT, like always.
And why such a hassle with the staff rooms? Only for video content, of course. Anyone else would, after a good basic cleaning, sand and repaint the floors, paint the walls white or a subtle color and use good, well-maintained furniture. Et viola - ready in two days.
Amaury could hardly suppress his laughter when she said she would just wallpaper over the hole in the wall. This will be another never-finished project.
