Ok, brace yourself because I'm actually enraged at these two arseholes of the very highest order.

So the clickbait goes they have 'started' the process of adopting a child from foster care. In their view they have been looking into this extensively for the last year, but have put a brief 'pause' on the matter for the benefit of the prospect child/children involved. They have done nothing of the sort!

Essentially what they have done is made an attention seeking enquiry about the adoption process, after which they have completed a two day online training course and attended one appointment at an adoption agency. At this very early stage of the process they have INSTANTLY got distracted by the first shiney new toy that came along in their life in the form of his token employment as a consultant for a poorly received ( and now cancelled, ha!) TV show, that only ever used him as a demonstration of their wokeness! But at the mere flutter of eye's from an opportunity to increase their profile and 'work in TV' they have completely abandoned their apparent dedication to helping the fricken' children, and are gonna pursue the LA dream.

Its infuriating. They are presenting this as them being very responsible of them. I'm sorry, but when you decide to bring in a child to your life (through birth, or adoption) then that's something you really need to make a lifetime commitment too. Are they expecting us to believe they had ANY intention of actually submitting to the process of adoption, and putting the needs of a child before their ever increasing need for fame? If you can walk away from that process so easily, and so early then you were never committed to it in any way in the first place. Had they not considered anything about their prospective life path before they 'started the adoption process'. And its very typical of them, and you tubers in general, that they see adoption as a tool to boost their profile rather than the lifelong commitment it is. This instantly demonstrates why these two arsewhips should never be placed any where near the adoption process - because they will ditch that child at the very first distraction that comes along! They couldn't even look after their two rats FFS!

And that's before you even start looking at the myriad of issues that would even present with those two in particular as adoptive parents - like their willingness to parade and exploit the child all over youtube, or Shanes complete inability to contribute anything to the parenting process. And Hannah, with the empathy and communication skills of two small bowling balls taking responsibility for the childs emotional development.

Oh, and we fucking knew his winky didnt work. Fucking called it Hannah.

The difference that a few years has made is so significant. I admit that I do not know enough about his specific condition to know whether this is due to a natural progression or indeed neglect. I'm inclined to go for the latter but I don't mind being corrected.

Another thing that is so fake about them. Hannah and Liz have said multiple times that the only worry the parents had was that Hannah was talking to someone online.... yeah right, EVERY parent would worry when their daughter starts dating a severely disabled guy. Why lie??

That's a story of theirs that I don't buy at all. Hannah's brother is a doctor and we're supposed to believe that he didn't take her aside even once to talk about Shane's health and the level of care he'd need every day? No one in her family showed any doubt in her own abilities to be a caretaker since she had zero experience? I don't believe it. I hope Shane's parents at least spoke to him about what to expect when Hannah takes over his care and how to advocate for himself or seek help if her care is subpar. In light of the fact that Shane is thinner than ever and has bed sores and increased weakness, I think that they should turn Shane's care over to a professional caretaker and assemble a team of doctors to reevaluate his diet, put him back on a nightly feeding tube and adjust his medications.

I came across this couple on Facebook and I must say I’ve felt completely uncomfortable with their videos and messaging from day one. I have a close family member who has a similar condition and I can tell these two are completely distorting their reality to their viewers and I don’t understand why. Shane is so fucking smug about his hot wife it makes me sick - there is something not quite right about this. Why do they lie about the severity of condition and his care? Why all the stuff about their sex life? Also there is absolutely no way they sleep naked together!!

I laughed at how in their recent video they stated that its incredibly time consuming to edit each video. They film in a single stationary pose the entire video for every video with zero transitions or music overlay- it probably takes less than an hour to edit each Youtube video. S and G are so far up their own asses that they act like they're top-notch producers with revolutionary film/camera techniques. I'm dreading their LA trip- Hannah's ass is going to be on full display wedged into Walmart Juniors section bikinis and they'll probably have Hannah singlehandedly unfurl 45 yoga mats onto the beach for Shane to descend onto and film it all for #couples' goals "inspiration porn."

I took one for the team and watched their latest video. Bad idea, I know, but the clickbait title made me do it. And honestly, it was almost funny to hear them bitching the whole time about LA's shitty sidewalks and roads. DUDE, I live in CANADA, and even I know how awful the paving can be in parts of LA. PALM TREES GONNA GROW AND TECTONIC PLATES GONNA BE SHIFTING WHEN YOU MOVE TO A PLACE LIKE THAT. Christ, they're so dumb and ignorant it astounds me. I’ve wondered about this. I worked with a lovely girl who was stunningly beautiful. She was 23. She liked older men. She ended up marrying a 63 year old. Believe me, it wasn’t for money. He had none. She flat out told me that heads turned everywhere they went. Men just couldn’t believe it. It made her feel like a super model. That was 10 years ago and they’re still married. Yes I believe it’s a similar thing; a way for someone who is probably quite damaged inside and can’t cope with real intimacy to get the positive feedback they need to feel good. I’m not a psychologist or anything, but interested in it!

The four of them enjoyed a completely private tour of Universal Studios. Of course they did. Afterward, they had lunch at one of the restaurants. What was missing was the gratuitous spread of food. They’ve never not shown the food but it was omitted this time. I wonder if that was because they would feel foolish ordering Shane a triple cheeseburger and beer battered onion rings just for the photo op while Hannah feeds him apple sauce in front of C&C.

Hannah is so painfully awkward around C&C. All she knows how to do is laugh even when no one else is. I agree that Shane is extremely intimated by Cole. Can’t stand any of them.

Excellent points! I think S and G should ramp up his unbelievable orders- maybe have him order 10-day old biscotti at Starbucks or something! Charisma is really awkward too- she's also a fan of the non-stop laughing and smiling on camera combo. Both girls act like they're in the sunshine and rainbows phase of a relationship 24/7 and they're both clearly putting on a show for cameras. I could NEVER be around people or couples that are that toxically positivity/fake all of the time.
