What makes me feel sick is the lack of evidence that some of SB’s clearly bullshit claims are lies. I’d imagine nobody can prove Star didn’t fall and hurt her lip, or that it wasn’t SB’s sister’s partner on her phone making those searches. I really hope she doesn’t get away with it, because right now it’s looking like there isn’t any real evidence of who was responsible for the final blow, even if we can all hazard a guess.

I have been thinking similar, it's a depressing thought. Surely the CPS wouldn't have agreed to go through the process if they wasn't sufficient evidence, so far SB has had it easy, just KB leading her gently through and her acting like super nanny but there's so much more to come, the prosecution will rip through her bullshit, pick holes in dates and times, let's see how controlled she is then
I find SBs thoughts relaying Star to her deceased mother really strange. She stated she felt connected to the baby - when she didnt know the baby when it was born - because it shared the same birthday as her mother. And then also wanted to bury the baby with her mother. Not a familial connection there at all its just so so peculiar.
It will be interesting to See if the defence have a pathologist in. the Poor child had 2 have 2 PM so I wonder if they will have experts in.
She is loving the attention. I think she is doing another live on Star tomorrow. She needs to get a job or find something better to do.

She said she would of given her hear and blood but she could prevent her from living in a situation not fit for a child(as suggested by SB)? She supposedly looked after children so didn't she know that abnormal behaviour should be reported to a GP to look into? Yet no oh no she just goes FS money so she can eat wasted and leave her child!! SB lack of education is really coming through .. she's clutching on straws .. the excuse of red diesel.. she makes no sense .. anything to save her self and the claw .. I have noted also alot of her references are from movies I e. Willy wonka for brat (he didn't mean spoilt when he said it and nor isn't normal) .. how can a baby be nasty

She said that… but the prosecution pointed out the other day that a crime scene photo definitely shows a dirty toilet, uncleaned. They made a point of commenting on that. This point is definitely on the cards to be discussed. It shows Frankie has lied. No one else entered the flat after. We now know that SB entered again when they’d gone to the hospital but she made no reference to using the toilet whatsoever. So frankie has slipped up in a lie here.

Nobody can ever prove a negative. These types of people always try to cover up their crimes. Ian Huntley and Mark Bridger both came up with ridiculous ‘defences’ The evidence against her is compelling imo.
I think FS was way out of her depth with SB, from JH to SB? My heart breaks for Anita and David. Imagine bringing up a lovely little baby, sharing all those special moments, just for some brute to come along and take her out this world. Unbearable.
It will be interesting to see how SB does when the cross questioning gets more intense. I did think she would come apart but I didn't think about the fact that her defence team will have rehearsed and rehearsed her .

Not necessarily. The defence team don't do anything they can't bill for. I don't know if SB is getting legal aid.
But I agree. She's been coached by someone. Hopefully she'll fall apart more soon.

I was re-reading some of the previous days evidence, I think there are some really key aspects around the dates SB had Star and the dates / ages of the injuries, I think both sides were quite insistent with the specialists about the age of the injuries, this could be a way of tying her in knots, although she'll probably say they are wrong!

From my experience of any kind of court case, there is a lot of weight given to the opinions of experts. As it should be.
The added tension in a court room is not something you can rehearse which is why many defendants fall apart under the weight of it.
