I came back and just saw Sarah’s stories saying she wants to do a sit down vlog about food/body/exercise because she’s so healthy now. She doesn’t count calories, macros, just eats whole foods intuitively and doesn’t stress. No, no, no, no, no, no, just NO!!! Please don’t tell young girls how to eat yet AGAIN. You are NOT qualified. Stop flip-flopping and playing with these young girls’ mental health. First it was vegan, then macros, then paleo, all the while restricting, restricting, restricting. And you are STILL restricting. This whole sit down vlog is BS, you’re just spinning another narrative that suits you. This time it’s listen to your body and eat whole foods. And that’s because this narrative suits your agenda to sell your nuuu cooking project. Meanwhile all you’re listening to is the sound of $$$$ hitting your bank account.
If you thought you actually were restrictive and had food issues before, then you’d feel bad about the previous unhealthy messages in your vlogs and take them down or apologise to people you’ve harmed. But you don’t care because you don’t actually believe it and you’re still stuck in that toxic mindset.
you can say you’ve changed all you want but we all see how limited you are in food choices. We all see you stressing about food when you travel to Tasmania or Townsville and can’t control all your food intake. We all see you schilling your powders and using poppy bloom as a laxative. in your own words you had to retest recipes from two years ago, so clearly you yourself don’t regularly eat the majority of the recipes in this project, yet happy to sell to stans who think they’ll be eating just like Sarah
