.Thing's were just getting a bit intense for me so I decided to take a bit of a breather?
It seems as if I'm not very objective and quite a sensitive person who sometimes struggles to regulate their responses and emotions?
Plus I have a bit of an addictive personality and recently I have been wondering if being on line is having a good effect on my mental health?
I just think I need to find and regain my balance again? I wrote a rather intense post when I was pre menstrual and I later kind of kicked myself for taking myself or other people's opinions that seriously? I don't want to antagonise others or the mods on here? So I thought it best to put down the phone and try and regulate myself and my hormones and finally do some yoga and meditation and deal with all my personal things that I had been putting off?
Sorry if this is all a bit OTT but yeah I need to look after myself and learn not to care what other people think and try to build up my own self confidence a bit?

and I hope you and all the other intelligent and decent and funny people on here are fine as well. Love I am an ex family member who has seen the light and just cancelled their membership. First of all I just want to say that a few years ago I really enjoyed their content. The vlogs were very up to date and I enjoyed them. I think with having the membership they have over promised and are now under delivering alot. I also cannot stand all the gushing from the subs when they call in sick for the hundredth time. A boss would not be gushing! I would respect them more if they just said we will do 2 lives a week and stick to it. I cannot blame the subs though they are vulnerable alot of them and very brain washed.

Good grief! She's an very nearly 19 year old. Drinking in parks yet behaving like that online. Yes her mother is as bad online, blah blah blah but does she shows no ambition, little talent and damn all motivation. The bedroom looks like a scene out of Trainspotting. 19 on her birthday and as immature as a 6 year old. Hope their youngest gets an education and a ticket out of that shit hole.

Welcome..... Many of us are ex family guests. It all started out so well and many of us genuinely enjoyed early vlogs, Sunday shows and had affection for the family. However, after a while we realised that the SA's weren't quite what they advertise on the label. Lots of lies, lots of unkept promises and an awful lot of narcissm.
Now I find it hard to find anything they do or say to be genuine or of any worth. These threads aren't about trolling. They are about holding the SA's accountable for their lies, their actions, their hypocrisy and their current theft of money for a service that they continually fail to provide.
They read these threads and they would have you believe that they are being spoken of harshly. The fact is that when you hold a mirror up in front of narcissists, they don't see the true reflection like most of us do. Regret, guilt, shame and humility are not something that they are able to feel. However, as you will see, more and more people are realising that they are being conned and so their numbers are dropping and their lies are being called out. There will always be the cult types that adore them but the SA's can't bear the fact that they have so many "vulnerable" subs when Mark clearly believes he should be listened to by philosophers and the like.
Say anything you want here. You won't be blocked or harangued for having a. Opinion.

Mank has a desperate need for attention. There were no siblings around, no dad and Di couldn't be bothered. No friends around to tell him he's a knob. Just surrounded by Mummy Nitty, his meal ticket and carer. Daughters who have been his captive audience and Di who he takes the piss out of for content. I’ve not mentioned it on here previously because I felt it was too personal for me to bring it on to Tattle, and I’m not prepared to take screenshots, but S.E also regularly seems to be having anxiety attacks, and suffering with depression and sharing that fact on both IG, to N&M, and sharing it on FB to the subs. There has also regularly been comments on their lives from subs saying they want to end their life.
It appears like they’re competing for N&M’s attention and using mental health as a way to get it because of N&M’s regular discussions on the topic.
I find it very strange. I struggle with both anxiety and depression at times, but I get through it privately. If I needed support, I’d speak to family/friends. I wouldn’t dream of using it for attention on social media.
I do wonder though, if some of these situations are just made up to try to get N&M to make contact with them…
Either way, it’s sad, and it’s something that N&M have created by using their own mental health for attention.
I actually think they’ve created something quite dangerous with their YouTube channel and ‘community’, and it could be only a matter of time before someone goes too far and does something that can’t be undone. They are playing with people’s lives, and getting away with it.
Funny how being sponsored gets them to pull their finger out and actually get a vlog out…when paying subs are still waiting for numerous missed Members Lives and their No Name Shit / Sunday Show!!

I don't know how you sit through that crap @bitterntwisted every day but I'm glad you do because you make us laugh with your great sense of humour. I have tried to listen to their rubbish but can only manage a couple of minutes then I'm falling asleep with boredom, same old thing day in and day out so I just leave my and then switch off.
