Hey Kyle, this is how you do a cruise review on the largest cruise ship.
Why didn't you treat your Girl Friend to Star Class and get a real room where things are included and you'd have your own special areas and a concierge reserving specialty restaurants and shows with the best seats in the house?
It was only $36k (or $32k if you know how to shop around) You have that in the bank right? You make that much in right?

What investments out there is going to beat the percentage he is paying for the mortgage? He DOES realize there is MORE to pay than just the mortgage right? The electric/gas bill, the water bill, the AC/heating bill, HOA bill, etc etc
