It’s very tasty Facey….only use one pork loin chop between us so add lots of mushroom and peppers ….quick prep and then leave it to get on with itOh lovely, I bet that will be fab Connie. I always like what other people are cooking lol!

I have spent ages this afternoon watching the Hummingbird Hawkmoths feasting on the Buddleja bush in the back garden - what incredible little creatures they are. There were at least four at any one time skipping between the flowers but sadly I couldn't get any photos because they are just too quick. Such beautiful little things
