I do think, however she can't control herself and her emotions when rejected, especially if drunk and drugged up. There's various occasions in her books ( and slapgate) where she seems to get very drunk, can't control herself, does something reckless and doesn't remember things. This has gone on for years by her own admission. I think in those moments there is a danger she might harm herself but it's not planned. That's also why I think she's a danger to the kids.
