I was a semi frequent visitor to the Digital Spy showbiz forums, and every time a Katie Price thread started up, it was shut down the very second that any offensive comments were made about her - other celebrities weren't given this treatment.

I eventually started a thread called KP daily (my kids were small and I had more downtime then!), where I asked people not to post things that would get the thread shut down. It lasted a good while but inevitably got abusive and was closed. In the end people gave up starting discussions about her, as they always got closed. She was pretty much She Who Shall Not Be Named, and we all wondered how the hell she afforded such special treatment

I used to post on there alot too but stopped because like you said all the threads would get closed down within days,and her fans would be so abusive towards anyone who dare say anything bad....or truthful.
And like you said, the other threads....especially the peter andre one was vile towards him yet allowed to continue.....i always thought either whoever ran the site was a huge fan or they knew her in someway for her to get special treatment.

I'm on the fence.... IF there is an investigation which has led to a court case or similar, then I can see and understand why they'd be so cryptic. For now I'm holding the faith.

If Binfest really does have inside knowledge, s/he is being very inidscreet by posting here, even in their customary "cryptic" form. This person said something earlier in this thread about "dealing with other cases" (or along those lines), which hinted at a professional involvement in KP's affairs. It's hard to imagine anyone working on her case posting coded messages on a gossip site.

Oh yes this is 100% the case, I was also on those Digital Spy threads, sometimes they lasted a few hours, then closed,with complaints from Mods about us opening KP threads. As you say we gave up on creating threads in the end. The Mods were really scared of anything slightly negative appearing. Remember thinking at the time how does she have this power, and now we’ve learned the papers are running scared due to Caroline Flack reasons.

I’ve never seen another so called ‘celeb’ treated like this, for someone so untalented and with all her appalling behaviour, it’s quite the mystery, as this ‘protection’ was going on before Caroline Flack.

No different to when she WAS worth loads of cash & AFP was being paid £35K per year from Yorke. KP still had a full time paid driver for Harvey, paid for by the state! Her & AFP would sit there going over all the forms that needed to be completed so she didn't have to pay anything.
