Essex Police confirmed today that the 33-year-old, who is engaged to the reality star, had been charged under section 4 of the Public Order Act.

Hello! Long time lurker on here. You have all kept me entertained for months and I’m now totally hooked!
After watching his video rants I got the impression that he’s not disputing that he argued and swore at Katie in the street but he definitely sees this as a different ‘incident’ to the assault/theft/coercive behaviour ‘incident’ He’s cross that the two are being confused and that people still think he punched her. Could his proof be that the Police have recently written to him and told him that he is no longer being investigated for the assault and coercive charge? That would be his black and white proof that the punch etc was nothing to do with him?
He admits to the arguing and swearing in the street but because he thinks such behaviour is no big deal he’s cross that the Police have pinned this charge on him. What’s unclear is when this slanging match happened? Outside Harvey’s house and witnessed by the carer on the night? Or just an argument at a later date? The latest Police statement says the man they arrested following the incident on the 23rd has been charged (factually correct) perhaps they deliberately omitted to say for a totally separate incident and that’s got him really wound up!

I think he has hit her.. and he’s staying with her because he needs her on side to lie so he can try and wriggle his way out of it and not be labelled a woman beater.
If her bruise was an old one from surgery… then surely the paramedics would of known by her injuries if they was fresh or not, they must of believed she had been assaulted for them to ring the police and report it.. and take her to hospital with a suspected fractured jaw.
I think social services then probably got involved again.. and she was warned to stay away from him.. but got back with him within a week and this has probably pissed of PA and KH resulting in them taking the kids.
I think they was both of there heads that night and it all kicked off… they must of been on something if CW was running up and down the street doing monkey noises

They are saying nothing happened now, so what was Katie saying she got punched for and had to run for her life and was cut and bruised the next day and her family fetching her belongings I’m so confused

I still think they were both drunk/ drugged that eve and had a huge row. During that row he punched her and took back the ring ( probably saying she didn’t deserve it blah blah blah ). She was so upset and angry that for revenge she immediately called the Police to report him. However, very quickly had a change of heart when she realised he knew too much about her unsavoury life, and if this got to court it could really damage her. So she quickly made up some cock and bull story about an intruder to deflect and protect him.
The Police are fully aware of this, but needed enough evidence to bring their own charge against him.

Sooooo... KP vehemently denied calling the police on mad eye moody (Cole) after the alleged assault, and maintained that he had absolutely NOTHING to do with it. (See screenshot 1. )
"katie claimed to cops that she had been the victim of a violent attack", as seen in screenshot 2, and then she was apparently driven to a friend's house and paramedics were called.....
But in screenshot 3, we have a statement from the Essex police who state that they received a call from the ambulance service alerting *them* to the incident. (So she would have been telling the truth about not calling the cops on Bat swing Cole TECHNICALLY!)
"We found a woman had sustained a facial injury which required hospital treatment.
A man was arrested a short time later, on suspicion of assault."
Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but surely you can't pull the wool over the eyes of literal medical professionals, and arrive at hospital with a" fake" injury that required hospital treatment?!! They're not just going to humour you. She obviously WAS injured in some way.
Shortly after, a man was arrested on suspicion of assault.
A MAN. singular.
Not a woman. Not two men. Not 11 men, not all the men KP has ever slept with, not 3 men and a little lady etc...

Now, either trained nurses, doctors or paramedics are lying.. (obviously not).... Or KP was smacked in the face and sustained injuries.
