So if he is telling the truth and its all a made up story, I just can't seem to get my head around her losing her babies for the sake of money. I know she's a lowlife but that is seriously next level tit. I can't get my head around it at all.

Maybe he didn’t punch her. Maybe it was a little slap. Who knows. But something violent happened that night. And the children saw it. Why else would Cole be banned from being around them?? And why not fight social services more if it’s not true. I actually despair! I think this weekend is going to be drama filled though.

I believe @thetrooth that Carl would try and blackmail the kids, those poor babies. He obviously has history of using threatening language against people and is doing anything to protect himself. I think Kirsty probably called the emergency services that night (So that's the only thing Katie has got right, that she didn't call the emergency services). But Katie was very stupid to go along with a story about DV for £££ as it has now lost her proper access to her kids unless it is under supervision. Surely the hospital would of checked her over. @Stmarco yes, I'm sure he would of been charged under something different if it was against the emergency services. The Police wouldn't be going to all this trouble if they didn't have evidence. I'm sure he will only get a fine (standard by association with KP)

it sounds like he is trying to say the story of Katie being hit was made up by others(prob Katie and her PR lady)to make money after they had a argument if so Katie should be charged for making a false allegation as she was the one that sat for the pictures saying she was assaulted and people pointing out that she would not have fooled the hospital with the bruise maybe that is why he was not charged at the time but released on bail because the facts did not add up the hospital would have reported to the police the bruise was older than she said but how can he stay with her if that is true,we may not even hear the details if he pleads guilty to what he as been charged with as if he pleads guilty the do not have to read out all the details its just you have pleaded guilty to this and i sentence you to what ever
Cole has said KP lied about being hit so she could sell the story to the papers.I’m lost. So KP lied about being hit? Why? Why isn’t she saying anything? Why stay with a woman who lets people believe you hit her? If it’s not true, will KP be charged with wasting police time?

KP hasn’t responded to his claims. Although she is many things, I still think we need to be careful about taking what Cole said at face value. And her for the at matter.
In the IG rant where she was chiming in in the background, was she chiming in in a bid to keep him on side so he didn’t further assault her? Recently on a C4 programme police were trying to ‘save’ a DA victim after her partner and her were both accused of murdering her baby, and despite neighbours recordings of her being abused, she denied he was abusive and was aggressive to the police.
and still on his instagram page last night they were not pictured together just him with her voice in the background yet before all this they would have been curled up together on the bed saying how much in love they are it does seem to me that they are not together in a proper relationship any more but together just to get press intrest they are only pictures together when going out

The children are the only victims in this tit show. Not much sympathy for Kirsty as she’s been involved in Katie’s lies too many times. But yeah domestic abuse is one of the top priorities for many police forces and they don’t investigate this stuff for shits and giggles. Just when I think I can’t hate the pair more they do something shittier. And yes there is a separate offence for assaulting an emergency worker so this was definitely aimed at Katie.

So the teef has been charged with a public order offence so would it jave happened on the night of slapgate as they would have to be in a public place for that charge?
Have the assault, coercive control and theft allegations been dropped?

So there will be statements from: ex-manager, police with body cams, ambulance crew with cctv in the ambulance, neighbours, the nanny/carer, the children, even what KP said on the night I bet the pair of them can't even remember what happened that night. Are all those other people wrong?

Another thing I don't get is that a public order offence is usually dealt with fairly quickly and no need to bail for, if the offence was committed in front of police. Or if they needed to get witness statements from neighbours etc it would usually be quite a short bail time.
Tldr, it's an usually long bail time for a fairly minor offence.
Plus I would have thought that if its a first time offence it would be dealt with means of a ticket, or a caution. Unless he's already had these options before / because its domestic related they've decided to charge.

The time line of this was that neighbours heard screaming earlier than 1.30am, it was 10.30-11pm. It was on the local Facebook page here. It was KP screaming and a man shouting. A white car was seen which was either Kieran collecting the kids, or it was Kirsty - who lives much closer than Kieran does (she lives 10 mins away). Someone (unknown) called an ambulance. The paramedics then took her to A&E to be checked over (X-ray is most likely jaw/cheek/eye socket). Later on that night, Carl was arrested. The timeline suggests the paramedics may have called the police to the incident they were called to, or they attended when someone called 999 for an ambulance
The police were still outside the next day as escorted SFP to collect KP’s things. KP was at Kirsty’s house and did a photoshoot and story with The Sun
apparently Kirsty recorded what KP said that night but also the paramedics would have given a statement too
CW and KP later got back together so they both now hate Kirsty and need to pin blame on her
