JoJo doubles down on roommates because it's convenient content and he's really not making as much as he leads people to believe. He and Kyle are both cut from the same cloth. Content over everything, no need to mature and move on in life.
He has another podcast that you would never know was a podcast by the title on his second channel. I don't understand why he doesn't just post it to the main one. I know sometimes people will make a second channel for content that might turn off their audience, but he doesn't really have an audience for that to be a problem.
If this the case at least Jojo at least staying in his means. Kyle is moving out somewhere his mommy signed/paid for and has his gf buying him furniture.
He doesn't realize that he's making just another video, not a podcast. His lack of understanding is mindblowing.
Speaking of not understanding, I think a big reason JoJo didn't want to move is because he doesn't understand how to do real world tasks, like how to get a new apartment. It previously was handled by Kyle. He has said many times how he has to contact his parents to help him do things. Jete's video of Athens shows JoJo facetiming with his mother as she explains how to open a wine bottle. That specifically can be a valid need to ask a parent how to do something, but I imagine that JoJo does it for many things that people his age figure out on their own or from their peers.
Kyle needs someone to hold his hand through everything but JoJo is always on the verge of an emotional breakdown from waking up in the afternoon and filming at Disney for an hour every couple days.
His videos on his second channel with 6200 subsribers gets almost as many views as his main channel with 1.2million subscribers 
In fact his second channel has exceptional engagement really. I suspect that's because only his hard-core loyal fans who watch everything he does know/care about the second channel so followed him there too.

Anyone else find it funny that he's bragging saying "we" threw a party in Disney and it was huge. That's pretty easy to do TBH. The venue doesn't have a cover charge and it's located on Disney property. The part that we laugh about the most is that the other two guys did all the heavy lifting with the planning and promoting. Per usual, JoJo just tagged along and took credit. No wonder he can't figure out how to be successful.

This fruit loop just needs to be canceled already man! His videos literally have no context whatsoever. He thinks he’s so dang cool when he’s around these young cp girls. He has over a million subscribers and he acts like he has so much money meanwhile this clown still lives in a nasty apartment with three other pigs. Every time something new opens in Orlando Jojo runs out to film it but he always just bums off people he knows like trying their food that way he doesn’t have to spend his own money. This guy needs to move back with his mum and give up this stupid pathetic YouTube thing that he’s clearly not good at!
If you're desperate and you know it...clap your hands!! Isn't this kind of the same thing as buying followers? The thing he said he would never do? What's hilarious is that he said he will be inconspicuous so it will be hard to find him. The real truth is nobody watches him so nobody knows (or cares) to look for him in the parks.

JoJo is by far the king of clickbait and queerbait thumbnails and titles (that he changes frequently).
thought that sort of thing wasn't allowed. while it's not a meet and greet it is an informal version of it with a bit of a scavenger hunt style "find the bozo" thrown in.
It's probably not allowed but TBH when has he ever followed the rules. Remember the livestreaming in Tokyo?
