I think his brother is actually The Body Coach … he has quite a strong background in PR and Marketing so just used Joe as a puppet for his own success.
He could have sorted his hair for the day

Joe may have an MBE but Dozie made it in to the Guinness Book of Records - for most bras taken off in a minute

I can 100% guarantee without a shadow of a doubt that in 10-15 years Joe Wicks will be a fat, overweight slob. Any money on it. He’s got too rich and is enjoying the finer things in life wayyy too much now. Watch this space!

MBE’s aren’t that special anyway, half my partner’s work got given one for work during the pandmeic, most of them refused it because of political beliefs.
