Oh my word, she's changed her bio to include "Anti-poverty campaigner", "Activist" and "Single parent".
Someone really needs to tell her that in order to be respected as somebody
with the authority and credentials to speak on a topic, it takes more effort than changing your Twitter bio to suit 🙄

She really does just alter that to align with her current agenda each time. It's actually very immature.

And like her unnecessary blurb she gives when introducing herself each time - just because you say these things Jack, does not mean you are them.

So first we were told he had a fight with a blackbird/crow, whatever TF it was, now it's a family of mice living beneath a blackberry bramble. Beatrix Potter couldn't have written it better 🙄
I hooted!

I wonder, does she ever have the family of mice over for a tea party using her lovely (CHARITY SHOP) china? And do the little birds fly into her bedroom in the morning and help her get dressed while they all sing sweet songs?

Oh wait, that's a bit more Cinderella than Beatrix Potter, but then she does wash up 6 times a day!!!

I’m sad we’re back to “take the cat to the vet”. When will she learn.

Nobody else does it, not even well known academics they may well be known as "Dr" or whatever but apart from on documents relating to their jobs they don't use all the letters and credentials after their names, unless they are really pompous or trying to prove a point. Occasionally if they are being introduced on a specialist show they may get some of their more important jobs introduced alongside them, but not everytime they pop up somewhere. Imagine the likes of David Attenborough with all the work he's done and years of experience you need a four hour special just to introduce him, he is know well for the work he does so he doesn't need a big introduction his name is enough.

Oh my god this reminds me of a guy I work with who has a PhD. He has it in his Slack name, on any software we use that requires you to input a name, on all his personal and professional socials. The thing is he's one of the junior members of my team and probably the worst at his job when compared to less qualified, but more experienced staff members. But I guess he sticks his doctorate on everything because he's deep down aware of this and very insecure. Although I do find it very annoying that he's on a greater salary than me despite being much more junior, less experienced, having a shorter tenure and overall incompetent despite having a few letters at the end of his name and also being a man.

ETA: not to shade anyone with a PhD! Just realised how dismissive that could sound. My partner has one and I am very aware of how much hard work and sacrifice went into getting it. The guy at my work's PhD skillset is totally different to what is required... plus he is an arrogant toerag 😂

Also would she honestly let the cat scratch the door to shreds in her own property? I don't think so a door she has shelled out for and paid money to stain or paint? I can't see it.
I think she would. Snippets in the backgrounds of other photos give me the impression that she doesn't give two hoots about looking after the shackle of a rental she lives in (never mind her nails).

In my experience it's the folk who were given these doctorates rather than them achieving them through academia, who behave like this.

Jack’s year group at Westcliff High were a really bright and high achieving bunch of girls. My daughter is friends with a group of them still and they are doing well, decent careers, house owners, most of them married. Nathalie Emmanuel was in their year (the actres, and she was and is still lovely.

I wonder if Jack feels sour about her peers. I don’t know anyone who has stayed in touch with her.

Rashford is amazing, what he's achieved in the past, what? four or five months? really puts Jack's decade long ~campaigning~ (lol) to shame.
He's genuinely passionate about improving the lives of people living through austerity & poverty because he's lived that life, experienced it's real impact & has decided to use his platform, influence & status to make a profound, lasting change.
A throughly decent, young man making an impact through his sincere desire.

Such a contrast to the freeloading, piggybacking poverty pornstar who hasn't (despite all her "hard work", howling, thrashing & screaming) changed a God damn thing.

He wants to go change things NOW, for a better future.
She, will always be stuck in the past..because she chooses to.

Not surprised to hear it & I think this has been Jack’s saving grace, her peers are likely all accomplished / fulfilled career women who don’t feel the need to come out and dispute her many lies, it would feel like punching down. And they probably don’t want to open up their lovely lives to the abuse.

I am glad somebody has said this. No matter where I have worked, if there is an employee with a doctorate, they ensure that their title is on their door and signature on company headed notepaper. Many jobs filled by someone with a doctorate do not in fact require that level of tertiary education. If you've never met anyone with what is termed a 'Higher Doctorate', think yourself lucky. For some reason, companies feel obligated to pay these people substantially more due to that qualification when in fact it is not needed. With the number of students ending up in five figure debt for a pointless degree (events management, anyone), it would be better for properly thought out work place apprenticeships.

At last. Yes, he doesn’t need your flying monkeys distracting him by trying to centre you in his limelight in the hopes of a pat on the head.
Now duck off.

Gains & recovery? Is that with, or without the cane?
It’s nice to read her tweets and know exactly where she’s got to on the thread. Greengages & ham I suspect. I can’t remember who said it but that tweet is almost word for word “he doesn’t need me”.

Stop mentioning him then, stop riding his coattail. She only followed him in the last few days, he’s been at this for months and she knows it. She was even invited onto this morning to discuss food poverty off the back of Marcus’ work, didn’t fancy giving him a follow or a shout out then? She’s shameless.

Please please please can we have a roll eyes emoji in small medium and large?
I'd be happy with just one! There are so many posts (specifically but not restricted to the great screenshot work of @Marmalade Atkins and @Silver Linings) where none of the reaction options are appropriate so I sometimes end up not giving them any reaction at all, even though they definitely deserve them.

I use the 'wow' reaction in lieu of the eye roll! So if you see me 'wow-ing' that's probably why 😂
