I'm hoping that this voucher bollocks is finally the thing that exposes her to her fans for the massive bullshitter that we know her to be

Healthy Start vouchers began in 2006! Jack would have been 18. Did she begin to lobby government and get them pushed through while still at school?

Itā€™s all very odd. Either Louisa is saying that Jack dreamed up Healthy Start vouchers (demonstrably false), or she is saying that Jack had the idea which Marcus Rashford is now taking forward. In which case she is angling for Jack to take the credit for what Marcus has done.
Neither is a good look.
Also, what with all this howling anger and ā€œburning on the insideā€ (though I think thatā€™ll actually be the greengage ā€œjamā€), it would appear the book will be written in the style of ā€œPotatoesā€ - i.e. unreadable. And the way things are going, thereā€™s no guarantee the publisher will actually publish it, surely.

How can Louisa be so naive?

When Marcus Rashford did his campaign people said the vouchers had been going for years - but that he wanted to expand and modernise the scheme, make it outside term-time, etc, include a wider choice of shops.

With Jack it's all about feeding her ego, not about other people.
So in essence, Jack reminded Dimbleberk that this scheme existed (top notch poverty campaigning there Jack) whilst Marcus Rashford actually proposed extensions to the scheme and did something practical.

I comment here because she blocked me there! I do wonder if JM weren't so sensitive to criticism, these threads would be far less prolific. There are so many awful stories and injustices but there are also stories of hope and triumph. In fact Jack is one of those, she had hard times but turned things around. Yes trauma is a thing and the body does indeed keep score but with hard work it's possible to overcome that. I'd like to see her own her story as it is now, Costswold dresser and all.

Now this book, will people have to buy it, where will profit go, will there be any practical support in the meantime? What's with all the raging and the 'I've just found out / heard / made it up in my head' facts. Do the research and write the book, don't make tit up, tweet and delete.

And finally (honest!) it all feels a bit poverty porn, like the mh porn a few weeks ago. Trigger people, get them sharing their hearts out ignore them and move on.

Didn't she already say she'd read that twice the other day? So this is actually her third reading?
