You didn't say anything offensive, no need to apologise! Most of the criticism here is totally fair and constructive. It is a completely relevant point to make during a broadcast interview that you don't interrupt your guests and it stifles the conversation flow.
Yeah it is a factor of the disorder but it's rude to not even apologise and try to minimise/work on it. For me it's a manifestation of how quickly my thoughts move/impaired processing/stress/excitement at sharing knowledge.
That's one of the reasons I decided to stop lurking tbh as I can provide appropriate context and she's doing neurodiverse and chronically ill/disabled people an unbelievable disservice with her behaviour and it gets on my bleeping (pancake burned) tits so much.

catching up on the tit show, definitely the worst one yet. She’s bleeping awful! I’ve had to pause several times due to the second hand embarrassment. Unprepared, says the most ridiculous, unprofessional tit but currently powering through and trying to catch up with your commentary.
