Bringing this over from previous

It’s worth noting that CPTSD is very different to PTSD and treatment is also very different- it’s very treatment resistant and is basically long term neurological and physiological changes in the body that you have to learn to navigate rather than “cure”.

Surely if she’s volunteering weekly at a foodbank (her most abhorrent lie yet?) and on the living wage which would make her eligible for these benefits she’d know it’s all under UC now?
Ah but remember Jack is unable to claim what she's eligible for because she has PTSD because her housing benefit got delayed once a decade ago.

It's a well known symptom of mild delirium - lying about benefits on twitter.

It's always the same thing.

Step one: Appear somewhere doing something people think is 'good/worthy' when you're actually just chatting tit.
Step Two: Remind everyone you're poorlysick and have no money and do this all for free
Step Three: Watch the money and pity pour in.

The only difference lately is she's suddenly signposting loads of resources. Things she has never done before. Must be feeling that guilt about essentially being a useless article.

In the midst of the bleeping munchie parade she’s currently partaking in, I also feel the need to debunk this. I’ve volunteered at foodbanks in various parts of the country and never once (other than during lockdown) have I been expected to go weekly. They have a rota and depending on the size of the volunteer roster, the number of clients and the size of the store room you are needed once every three to six weeks with a small team. Of course there are the pillars of the community retired sorts who do show up weekly, but for anyone with a job it’s much more manageable on the rota system. How is Jacqui finding time weekly in her 120hr working weeks along with being secretary for AA and parenting?

She stated that she couldn't go on UC because you know, trauma. Absolutely its not nice with the threat of a sanction always hovering over you but the reason she won't go on UC is that she would have to be accountable
