I think it's the same skirt in all photos, it's just ridden up in the ones where she's showing her wares on the worktop. If you look at the standing up one and the one where she has her feet up on the side, you can see the seams are in the same places.
What you were saying about her attempting to dress like an insta-THOT and getting it cringingly wrong - it's like that with the way she types captions/tweets. I cringe at the americanisms/young people speak - because that's not her. Also the overwrought flowery stuff - that isn't her either. It's like she thinks she needs to try so hard but there are loads of people out there who love her and I'm sure they would just like her to be herself. Does she know what 'herself' is though?
