AS IF a Squig made a suggestion to donate to local food banks in addition. They'd be dog piled by the other squigs for daring to question 'Dear Leader's' vision. I think Jack made this idea up to save her arse for inciting riots linked to a major charity.
It also occurs to me that multiple donations further complicates this process, making it harder to follow the admin trail, and less likely to even happen. Which is, of course, speculation, and my opinion only.
