I just saw this tip on the twitter thread and thought you'd all enjoy the sheer amount of bizarreness contained here.

You'd think with her ability to embellish, make stuff up, and make a list of three chores as long as War and Peace, she'd be able to meet the word count for her book in no time.
Even quicker if she just copy and pastes the squiggles suggestions!

Life so hard for her. SB is 10, isn’t he? Not a toddler.
She literally posts 10am bed selfies all the time, as recently as yesterday even! These squiggles need to give their head a wobble.

@HotesTilaire & @Switchstreetz what a double threat!

I doff my cap*!

*it was found in a puddle. It’s not even a cap, just a scrap of fabric but material is material is material
Thanks, we're a cheeky little duo 😉 now remember, we both suffered terribly to bring you this thread for FREE *rattles tip jar*

I'll even throw in a free tip - you can use your hat as an extra pocket if you put things in it and carry it in your hands

That sounds really great but I'd need more detail on "going back to the days of national health dried milk tins". It might well be cheaper and easier to simply buy a pouffe than travel through time in order to obtain the materials required to assemble one.

I can not get over her inability to understand why she doesn't qualify for SEISS. It is to assist those that are unable to work due to the pandemic. It is not to compensate for lost work, if that work has been replaced with other work.

She says she has lost work at festivals, etc, so thinks she should be compensated for this loss. What she doesn't then factor in, is how much work she has gained that would never have come about if the pandemic never happened.

It boils down to one small fact, Jack is jealous. She is consumed by it. The way she talks about people on £80k salaries, the way she envies others that get government money, the way she thinks she is more in need than others, the way she talks about anyone with money, the way she speaks about people in positions of power. She sees herself as deserving of the same income and place in society. She had that lifestyle once, mixing with the rich and famous, eating at fancy restaurants (The Groucho, The Ivy, Harvester) and is now a nobody. She was lucky to find one well off girlfriend, never mind two, I doubt there will be a third. She spends her days tweeting away in her Southend rented crappy bungalow, alone and friendless.

I had to catch myself there, I almost, almost, felt sorry for her.

Funny how easily the words come flying out of her fingertips onto Twitter yet she cannot cobble together some recipes for a book in time... I'd love to see her screentime stats.

Exactly. She's sitting there moaning about doing all this work and not getting SEISS. You're getting work pet, SEISS is for people that are self-employed (not paid minimum wage by their Ltd company, no expert but I would think that would make a difference) and who have no work, which you're spouting on constantly about doing.

I have a friend who works for the local paper. Once a month, she posts something on Facebook like "what are your top 10 favourite things about the town?" or "what was the best thing that happened this year?" and then she will copy and paste responses and get it printed in the paper as an "article". No proofreading or editing, just verbatim copy and pasting, so you'd have a line such as "the new 'spoons is cracking innit?"

If you think Jack can get away with crowd sourcing a book, I'm sorry.

Now that Glastonbury has cancelled this year's festival, I am sure others will follow. That will be two consecutive years that Jack will not have those paid gigs. By the time they are next running, 2022, she will be all but irrelevant and other, younger, more competent, people will come to the fore. Even the Guardian must be tiring of the same old Jack backstory and need something new for their readers.

Her demise will be a slow long drawn out affair. It won't be pretty either.

I wish she's make up her mind, first she was after money from Chancellor Rish Mate, then it was emotional support now she's after cash again. If she spent as much time actually working as she does envying others and acting like she's owed a living she'd be minted by now.

These were posted/deleted after the cat photo. Read bottom to top.

As others have said.. SB is nearly 11, so doesn't need one on one support.. most of that work he could probably get on with on his own with a little checking in every now and again. Pre covid most kids that age did homework every evening with next to no parental supervision. This should leave Jack time to (slowly, gently, mindfully) crack on with her book. She is only mentioning the frontal adverbial thing as there was an article about it and a lot of social media discussion from parents over the weekend.. as usual she us several days late in recognising a social media trend.. weird for someone who spends 95% of her life on Twitter!

She is, but pretends she isn’t, because no matter how much, (I believe the rummage thru her accounts threw up over 100 grand) it will never be enough, her sense of entitlement and ego is massive

If you're short of breath, it's probably quite useful knowing Jack because the answer to literally every question is "I'm a single mother." Stephen Hawking and Einstein could have spent their lives in casinos and lying on inflatable flamingos in Miami drinking cocktails instead of devoting their whole lives to working out what black holes are for (they're the only place to escape Jack Monroe) and the theory of relativity. Issac Newton got it all wrong too. The apple fell on his head because a single mother didn't have enough hours in a day to pick apples. 🍎
