Mr DP has recently purchased a new Dyson and whilst he was out (gigging) I decided to test this bad boy (I prefer my little Dyson) start him up on my laminated floor and by heck, it felt like it was stuck to the floor, it was taking both of my hands to manoeuvre it and was having to physically lift it up, well I resorted to use my Dyson. Next day I mention to Mr DP that his Dyson sucks, he went to investigate and told me it was the wrong setting, it was the turbo hence was trying to suck up my flooring,

I think she meant every time he comes back at their house. This is why at first I thought it was pre-Bianca, when he tried to co-parent with her and continued to visit them at home. By the time she wrote this, he had cut all communication.
one of her mates, Kiersten Warren, confirmed that he tried to leave during Xmas (he moved into a hotel) but she dragged him back home, and they did couples therapy in january. Alice had told one of her now former minions that they were back to being romantic with each other on NYE (gigantic red flag btw) and things were looking up again.

Redfin has the market value much higher than the others in fairness.
Still 200-300k under, but I highly suspect that there is some tax dodging going on. They sold it just above the value the Assesor Portal has.
Though OTOH if there is a court order to sell the house you automatically lose some leverage, especially if foreclosure is imminent.
The prices in Cali have been dropping the past year consistently. I think 2 m is a decent deal.
Still though, I'm very surprised that it went relatively quickly. I'd expected Alice to drag this much longer (of course she still can stall moving out but this isnt Ioan's concern), I more and more wonder if the dropped criminal charges helped here (depending on why they were dropped)....
