They look extremely ratty because she doesn't wash and brush her hair enough, meaning the extensions are almost matted! Plus the Beauty Works hair just looks extremely poor quality for extensions that you would expect to last a long time!

I've always found the hair from Foxy Locks much better quality and extremely long lasting.

I’ve always thought that they speak to each other on their vlogs like children’s tv presenters.
