The fat they pumped into her face might have sealed the hole shut as her skin expanded! Still there but the fat hides it. All the medical problems she had she still has - just hidden under tightened skin and a layer of fat.Wonder where she is ‘in hiding’waiting for the big reveal.

Probably waiting for the swelling to go down and the fat to settle to see how much survives - then her agent will say how the duck am I going to spin this mess you were supposed to look like Marilyn Monroe and instead look like an industrial accident where someone stuck their head into a lawnmower.
I forsee photos with industrial strength filters deployed. We may have to wait a bit for 'real' unfiltered photos of Polo - I recon she will have more Botox and more fillers to try and smooth over whatever mess the Turkish surgeon has made.
One thing I am confident in saying is she will not look like a 20 year old version of Marilyn Monroe. She still has the hands of a 50 year old, the same wrinkled neck, and the same blemished pock marked skin (hence need for constant suntans) - she will still be our much loved lopsided Polo just with tighter skin and a plumper face.

I'm sure that many of her 'loyal' followers on Instagram are nothing but trolls - how else can you explain all the gushing comments whenever she issues an obviously highly filtered photo. Might follow her and praise every one of her posts!

If this what she looks like after her 4 previous facial reconstruction surgeries - the 5th and final surgery would have to be a bleeping miracle worker with a magic scalpel. We all know she has had no facial reconstruction surgery since her face started to collapse in on itself. She has had a couple of face-lifts, a boob job, a designer vagina operation, an industrial use of fillers and an Olympic size pool of Botox - not forgetting the Nasa grade use of photographic filters.
After all these cosmetic procedures she was left looking like the photos below taken in December 2022 and January 2023.
Her much hyped trip to Turkey for her fifth and final round of facial reconstruction surgery turned out to be nothing more than yet another superficial cosmetic procedure - a non invasive thread lift where 1200 tiny stitches are used to pull your wrinkles and skin together to smooth it out and they then sucked fat from one part of her body and pumped it into her lips and face to try and fill it out. So basically filling the voids with fat.
For the life of me I don't know how Polo and her agent are going to spin their way out of this one. She is the same old Polo with tighter and plumper skin. I like to think of her surgery as painting over black mold. It looks ok for a while but it needs a proper scraping and a lot of bleach to resolve properly.
