She doesn’t strike me as someone who has health insurance (or be insurable in any way shape or form due to her ‘issues’) so maybe there is an option in Portugal for destitute coverage

I think Dr Bilge discharged her with a roll of blue frog tape and a tube of Polyfilla. It's like keeping a derelict house together at this point. I'm renaming her B&Q Bilge.
