The secret level is invite only apparently. Even if you spend enough to get the top level theres only so much product you can use at once unless people end up stockpiling then flogging on the swap group
This is exactly an mlm model. She wouldn’t…would she??

The fact she wants a secret level is so bleeping queasy. I hate the money/power pull of it all.

You're right - it's gone
She was wearing a baggy denim shirt and that foul necklace (is it real? I can't tell).
I didn't see all of it, too annoyed by the repeating herself and baring her teeth. But she had a good old moan about companies using HER name to bump views for their own companies to the top of Google searches. I was only half paying attention but I think there were a few including Clarins and Elemis? That calibre. But yes they need Oaf to broaden their profile.
I wonder who told her to take that down? Not quite as ballsy as she likes to think she is.
Omg how mortifying. She’s an utter disgrace who can’t even control herself in her very public ‘lives’ .

I reckon she opened a huge can of litigation worms with that Google rant. Arse.

Good.
It was bizarre.
She said she pays a lot to get her own name top of Google searches - but other brands then include her name so if she is searched their site comes up first. I mean seriously. As if big brands see her remotely as a threat 😂
She and her four products, expensive flannels and bottom small shelf in Space NK 😂
They must be quaking in their bleeping boots.

Ah. I wonder if this is why that live was deleted. 100% in it she said rewards to the loyalty scheme would be backdated. 100%.
Oops.

There's no reason it should be impossible. If people are registered, there must be a 'my account' page and IT must have a way of monitoring how much each registered user has spent. Otherwise how would they keep track going forwards? I deleted the email which informed about the scheme but from what I can recall, it didn't even say how much you had to spend to qualify for each level.

Anyone aiming to reach the top or secret levels better be prepared to bankrupt themselves. It's clear just from the selling groups that people literally spend thousands every year on whatever Hirons tells them to.

this is terrible! There will 100% be some way that customers can get their points backdated…wether the customers get in touch or they do one big massive report and add it from the back end…either way it’s a big job that someone would have to be employed to do and CH doesn’t want to pay the wage for someone to do the job!

this will be her fall from Grace (I mean she’s hardly graceful!) but if she can’t show her loyalty to her customers, her customers won’t show their loyalty to their queen (omg 🤢🤢🤢🤢)

it’s very simple, good customer service. But then again, she’s an influencer, not influencer so why should she provide decent customer service

That's what I thought. How hard can it be to keep track of what people have already bought? 'Impossible'?
Why did she say it in the first place if only to then withdraw the video/statement and basically gaslight people into thinking they are daft for mentioning it. Verging on fraud imo. Tempt people to sign up then change the conditions. She fucked up but still the same end result.

I’d hate to be friends and family of a freak this Christmas. Retinoids for all! “But auntie I’m only 8.” “Yes but Caroline says you‘re never too old or young for good skin care.”

If I had signed up after seeing that (then withdrawn) video on the strength of my previous buying record, I reckon I'd have a fairly strong argument for Skin Rocks  to fulfil their obligation as to rewards.

She wants to be like Beauty Pie it’s quite obvious. Anything to keep a regular income coming in

Also the rewards programme stops the customer buying from anywhere else other than her own dtc ecom site, so higher margin. The only thing with dtc is cash flow as when she wholesales to SpaceNK etc they will have to pay for their stock within a set amount of time …
There will definitely be a way of backdating- it’s just super time consuming

She was slating the Beauty Pie business model last week. How does she get away with saying points will be backdated (she did say it) then deleting the live and saying they won’t be backdated?? Why aren’t people calling her out?

Because the very people who want to make it onto the 'secret' list are the same ones who would literally 💩 themselves if they got a snippy reply from Hirons. Also, it occurred to me - how will people know they've made it onto the 'secret' list? When an Ali Baba (£1) bag arrives through their door unsolicited? Maybe a 'Skin is not merch' sweatshirt, if they're lucky? In any case any Freak who does receive Freebies is sure to post that they are wetting their knickers in excitement because "I must have made it onto the list!!!!!". Upon which they'll be punished by losing ALL of their points or being banned from the group 😆

The Freakoids won’t dare to call her out because they’ll get kicked out of the group.

I love that the “secret tier” is so secret that Grotbags had to tell everyone about it on day one! 😆

Points won’t be backdated because she wants them all to spend again and again to get to the VIP 🤢 tier.

Funny how the rewards scheme started AFTER the flannels (which are made by celestial beings with virgin’s hair, not Primark tit dontcha know?!) and her Book Ends 🤢 were launched. She needs repurchases and hopes this scheme will do that.
She knows the Freakoids will have FOMO on the “exclusive” offerings of the VIP tier so will spend the £333 pounds to get there quickly. She then dangled the “secret NOT SO bleeping SECRET“ carrot tier under their noses so that they don’t stop at £333 and keep spending in the hope of being invited to the Mean Girl’s club.

We will then have several Freakoids posting in the group squealing with excitement that they made it to the NOT secret tier and their life is complete, follow by hundreds of brainwashed Freakoids asking how much did they have to spend in order to receive such an accolade! I’m guessing £666 👹 to enter the club! 😜😆

But Skincare is NOT Merch people, remember?

I wish they’d wake up and see she is an outspoken saleswoman just like the rest of the influencers but with a bit more knowledge on her chosen specialised subject.

So she’s releasing a ‘non advent advent kit‘ in a couple of week. But it’s not an advent calendar because they waste too much plastic. Much like the plastic Evian bottles she gulps from on a regular basis.Teasers for a sustainable advent calendar “maybe next year”. I guess she’s giving notice so that people can find some funds as it’s not payday
This is the same woman who said that the beauty industry had nothing to answer for to reduce plastic as so many other industries were worse!
